Thanks ladies!!!!!!

I am in the car on my way down to santa barbara, boy, did I eat a lots today. I felt hunger all day, even when I was eating! Yikes! I made smart choices I think.

We are going on a hike tomorrow! And wine tasting....hehehehe

Diet
830: scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon, one slices of raisin toast (250cal)
12: half ham and cheese sandwich, handful of kettle chip (300cal)
2: half ham and cheese sandwich, piece of bacon and egg (200cal)
3: wine tasting 6 different types (200cal)
5pm: brie, cheddar, french bread, dried cranberries, dried cantaloupe, walnuts, hot cheetos (800cal)
530pm: hard mixed alcohol drink (300cal)
9pm: serving spaghetti (250cal)
1130pm: 2 shots of tequila and jack daniels and amf (400cal)
2am: spicy korean rice cake (250cal)
Calories: 2,950

Exercise:
6 miles hike on rough terrain, up top to a mountain, 2 hours

Thoughts
I started off really well but after winetasting we went to go buy snacks and I knowingly didnt stay away from the snacks! I am so full, but we are going dancing tonight! So, more calories burning! The hike was great hough becauese I was dripping sweats the whole two hours! My feet hurt and my thighs!

Myperiod is finally fullforced this evening. At our rental house, I weighed myself this morning with a full stomach and clothes and weighed in at 191, woohoo gives me confidence I didnt gain. We will see after tonight,

1030: 2 cups korean spicy rice cake dish, honey nuts cereal with almonds milk (500cal)
130: bites of french waffle and strawberry shortcake (250cal)
3: half beef gyro and half hot link (800cal)
7: tablespoons of mcflurry with oreos (100 cal)
Calories: 1,650

Thoughts
I definitely feel heavier, also, my period is in the heavy days..sheesh! The grazing yesterday really took a toll on my body. I feel fatter! Its hard to really judge, but im going to keep drinking water today, try to make it. to the gym tonight, and be really good tomorrow and tuesday! I would like to see 188 on wednesdays weigh in!

Thanks Sunflower! I do need that luck!!! LOL, I am slowly making this my lifestyle, so it's not so bad!

I have seriously eaten so many sweets this weekend! Butter, cream, dairy, carbs! AI-YAH!!

I'll drink 4 cups of water tonight to shoosh out as much of the "junk" as I can! I'm too tired from being in the car so no gym for me tonight!

Day 33 (Mon): gym: cycling 45minutes/elliptical 30minutes diet: 1,000 calories goal: 193
Day 34 (Tue): AM 1HR cycling PM 2.5HR Cycling Strength Training diet: 1,300 calories, goal: 191
Day 35 (Wed): AM 1HR cycling PM 2HR Kickboxing Cycling diet: 1,300 calories goal: 188

My goal is to lose 24 pounds by Day 60, end of Month 2!! LET'S GET IT DONE!!! More veggies and fruits to keep me full is my plan and a crap load of exercise!! I will have to eat between 1,800-1,200 calories each day!
 
going under the 1000 cal mark probably isn't good, just try not to go to low to often. looks like a lot of cardio in there :)
 
Good point Trusylver!

I shouldn't ever go under 1,200 calories, but with my grazing weekend, i just want to scale back one day and pop back up.
 
I think mixing up your calories is a really good idea. When I was on Weight Watchers they called it the 'Wendy Plan', where you have weekly calorie limits instead of daily calorie limits, and you could use those calories over the week however you wanted. Some days you eat more, some days you eat less, but I think overall the basic idea was that it would keep your body guessing instead of thinking 'ok, I'm starving all the time, I don't want to let go of this weight' it goes 'ok, I'm getting enough calories, oops Im not, oh wait yes I am'. Sorry if that makes no sense, I'm tired!
 
aussigal, yep! exactly! i call that calorie cycling! as long as I do NOT go under 1200 for more than ONE day, then i think i'm fine....I have to appreciate these grazing weekends, i guess. They reset my metabolism! LOL! optimism, right?

Woke up this morning feeling good, i must've been tired because i had a good night's sleep!

1pm- 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 thin slice watermelon, 15 welch fruit snack, 3 cups of theatre popcorn (300cal/2/4)
5pm- 1 serving of whole wheat spaghetti in alfredo and tomato sauce w/ chicken sausage and mushroom, serving of almond danish (700cal/1/7)
8pm- 8oz t-bone steak, 1 serving baby bok choy steamed, 3 serving stir fry red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onions, eggplant, and mushrooms
calories: (2,000/8/35)

Thoughts
I need to eat strawberries, watermelon, and low fat cottage cheese for the rest of the day. I need to eat more veggies, so I will try to saute eggplant and bell peppers.

Well, it is past 6pm, and my plans for today went out the window pretty much, in terms of diet. I'm pretty tired, low energy, feeling slightly depressed. I am not too sure why....I still didn't go to the gym, nor do I feel like going....eugh, I just want to sleep!

9pm- a few dried cranberries, 6 sandwich crackers

ThoughtsI woke up yesterday feeling like crap. The vacation weekend took a really bad toll on me, I felt so bloated in the morning and disgusting and fat. THIS is what a person feels like when they eat crap! I went from eating 14-11 servings of vegetables and fruits to consuming cheeses, fats, and alcohol! All shitty CRAP!!

I write this today rather than yesterday because the internet at home is down and I am at the public library...how ghetto is that! I rolled around in bed all day yesterday, slept with my dog, slept on the couch, actually watched mid-morning shows (all crap!). I ate like crap and felt really sore all day probably because I was laying around in bed. I ended up going to the gym yesterday which is good, but I only stayed for 90 minutes, when I was planning on staying for a full 3 hours! I came home, took a shower, felt good, until my lower back pain came in!

8am- 3 raviolis, 2 eggs, 1 egg white, 1oz feta cheese, 1 serving stirfry veggies, 1oz beef, 2 slices turkey bacon (500cal/1/4)
10am- 2 cup cranberry juice, 6 crackers, 1 chocolate chip cookie, 2 cups cherries (600cal/4/5)
3 pm- 20 mcnuggets, medium fries (1200cal)

Thoughts
My gosh, my diet is close to near being thrown out the window. I do have to exercise tonight, but if my diet is not at par, exercising is pointless. I have to put my focus back on track, which I will right this moment. But didn't I do that on Monday as well? Write posts on how well I was going to meet my Day 35 goal, etc. Of course, I'm not going to weigh myself. I have to get back on track...I don't need to know how much damage I have done, I need good days to come, which will all start this very minute.

I need a plan right? So, for the rest of the day, I will drink cups and cups of water. I will also take my dogs out for a walk, it looks like the rain has stopped and I think my body needs some movement. Laying in bed or on the couch all day is not a good thing!!

I need to get rid of that cranberry juice, NOT through my body of course. There are so many veggies too, I need to stirfry them and consume them! I can't eat junk food while the nutritious food is going bad!

Don't worry too much about ging ott on your vacation weekend. I did the same on my birthday last weekend, and felt sick of the diet and so stressed out. Its weird that we have this thinking of "we fucked up a few days so sod it all". I still managed to lose a pound despite my binge tho, and that is what gave me a kick up the arse to carry on.

Do you eat first thing in the morning? I can't believe you manage to get veggies in your breakfast!

I think i need to do what your doing and get my arse out of this house. I feel all lazy and braindead when i sit indoors all day.
