DON'T GIVE UP! Don't wait till you wake up feeling like dieting, as that will probably be when you've regained weight, gone up a dress size or two, have no clothes that fit you, and are wondering why the hell you didn't stick at eating healthily.
I think that the only difference between people who succeed/don't succeed on a diet, is their frame of mind. If you believe you can't do it, you won't do it. If you beleive you can, you will!
YOU CAN DO IT! You have proof of that in your ticker, you have lost 12 pounds, and that is great! I know it can be hard getting back on the bandwagon, but don't wait for motivation, go out right now, or first thing in the morning and stock up on healthy food. Do not listen to the part of your brain that wants to stay overweight.
If you do not change, then you will not change. You will feel so much better when you have lost weight, just close your eyes and imagine how great it will feel going into a shop and picking a gorgeous outfit in your goal dress size. As long as you eat healthily for 6 months, it will happen. Not maybe, but definitely, you can be skinny, and you will be skinny soon, if you don't give up now. xxxxxxxxx
