Hey Girlfriend (AMY) Well, I'm going to try and do more strength training this week, and I'm cutting my calories down to a strick 1400-1500, and not over!
And guess what??????????????? Aunt Flo, JUST SHOWED UP! Good thing I came prepared at work. That would have sucked sour grapes, had I not been ready
I usually don't have bad cramps, so I'm pretty lucky, but the first two days, I feel very huge and bloated and tired! uggg, I hope these three days go by FAST!!!!

I am upping my cardio this week some more and still doing strength training. Calories are the same as yours and I am loving the detour.
I don't usually feel so bad during TOM but this one really sucks. I am bloated and crampy. Too much info? Hahaha!
