Wishes, this question is for Kelly right?? I myself believe that food alters our behaviors that's for sure, even though I am not bipolar and I don't suffer from any depression or anxiety, my best friend does and i know she says during her manic states she will eat a whole pie from the fridge in the middle of the night, she says she eats nothing but crap during her episodes, so I do think food plays a role in our minds as well as our bodies.
Yeah it was sorry, i must have got mixed up and thought i was in her diary.
But yeah i notice my mood can change a bit from the foods i eat sometimes, and kids as well.
 
Yeah, and time to update the ticker. :p

Maybe the Easter Bunny took her to chocolate easter egg land.....mmmm....I wanna go there, too. :D
 
I'm here!! Sorry I have been EXTREMELY busy at work and no time to breath or eat for that matter, I feel like I'm gobbling down lunch for the past few days. But......... I've worked out everynight this week, and I had another broker come by yesterday and say "WOW" Kim, great job on the weight loss" Looking good kid! I was happy about that since it had been maybe 6 months since I saw him last. WOW, good to see others are noticing, because I can't seem to see any drastic changes lately. I did one hour of Kickboxing, then wrapped the night up with a hour long Body Flow class, that is the Tia-Chi, pilates class that I do. It's been awhile since I've been to that class, but it was well worth it last night, I was tense and needed the stretching and balance that class gives me.

I've been eating well. Lots of chicken and water and veggies, oh and a few rice krispie treats I made, LOL LOL. I feel good about my week so far and really need to go check out the challenge, because I think it's my turn this week to complete! On Saturday It's LADIES NIGHT OUT at the local winery, so you know what I'll be doing. OH YEAH!!!!!!!!! :hurray:

Well, I better get going and yes I need to adjust my ticker I'm so behind, OIY!!!!!!!!! I'll get to it I promise!

Welcome back Sweetie Petie!!

Shannon is gonna eat the salmon for the challenge. He may not get a chance to get all his workout time in but I think you and I have definitely got that covered this week. I already have 5 hours in and will get an hour in tonight and tomorrow night for a total of 7. It looks like you are getting your usual 6-8 hours in as well.

try not to work so hard and give us a full update when you get a chance.
 
Good to hear your scale is behaving itself!! Congratulations. Such great workouts sure deserve the recognition. :)

Ladies night out at the local winery! That sounds like a blast. I think I'm going to be drinkin some wine this weekend for sure!

Isn't it awesome when you bump into peeps you haven't seen in awhile and they notice your weightloss. It just happened to me over the Easter weekend when I saw my stepmother for the first time in about 5 months or so... She told me I looked great :) It was just so nice to hear, especially from her because we don't get along very well, or at least our track record confirms that, lol. I guess we just see ourselves everyday and tend to focus on the imperfections of our body and the things "we still need to work on", or at least that is how I am. It would just be nice to be able to focus on what I've accomplished rather than what I still have to do....

Okay, finally I'm able to get online and post a few things.

1) I had a great winery visit with my girlfriend!! ~~ It was a blast and we were invited back to stay with the owner of the winery next time, OH YEAH!! I also made good with the county commissioner of that town, who would have thought.. hehehe it was great!! I have another winery event in another town this coming Sunday it's a luncheon, my H and I were invited by some dear friends, I'm real excited about it!!

2) I'm getting ready to start any day now, which if you all know me, means that dear (Aunt Flo) of mine is on her way to my house, time to get prepared, OIY!!:nopity: I hate working out during that time, just sucks rocks!

3) I'm total excited about the bonus this week, thanks Twin it's one of my favorites, and from what I read by Amy's post, she likes it too. LOL

I'm really busting down this week, and if all my cards are layed out correctly, I'm hoping to get to my all time low on since this forum on the scales. But, let's hope aunt flo doesn't put a damper in that, sometimes you just never know when she's here if it's going to be a debit or credit, I'm going to drink loads of water and hopefully it won't even matter.

Not much else going on, the weather is REALLY bad here right now, we had severe storms that rolled through last night and I was up ALL Night since our tornado sirens were going off every few hours, I can't sleep during storms here anyways, so what's new. But I think I got 3 total hours of sleep, so I'm somewhat in a fog today, hopefully I'll snap out of it soon. I'm drinking my java girls, let's hope it works at least a little. I'm going to workout, but I'm sure by the time I get home I'll be a little droan and pass out the minute I hit the bed. I wish you all a great week!! Take care and eat well!

I hope you get some sleep soon!!! you know sleep or lack of it effects your weight loss. Sorry about Aunt Flo comming, she sucks, just do your best and load up on that asprin! lol
 
Hey Girlfriend (AMY) Well, I'm going to try and do more strength training this week, and I'm cutting my calories down to a strick 1400-1500, and not over!

And guess what??????????????? Aunt Flo, JUST SHOWED UP! Good thing I came prepared at work. That would have sucked sour grapes, had I not been ready:smilielol5:

I usually don't have bad cramps, so I'm pretty lucky, but the first two days, I feel very huge and bloated and tired! uggg, I hope these three days go by FAST!!!!

I think we are getting the fringe of your storms. It's been pouring rain, with a little bit of thunder mixed in--enough to scare my poor cat, but nothing severe like tornados or anything. I'm sorry you had such a terrible night's sleep. :hug2:

Of course :reddevil: had to rear his ugly head this morning for ya. :cuss: I guess the good thing is he'll be gone pretty much by Friday's weigh in, so you should have a good one--especially with the calorie reduction. :)

Your ladies' night out sounded like so much fun! I'm glad you had a good time--and impressed the owner and county commisioner..lol.

The kiwi detour seems to be quite popular. :D
