As always it sounds like you out there kicking some serious booty!!!
I too can fall back to sleep in the blink of an eye. It really drives hubby crazy. 'Cuz if he gets woke up, he's up not matter how much sleep he DIDN"T get.
I even once feel asleep standing in the shower. Guess it was just to early to be up! LOL
 
I can usually fall back asleep quickly, too--and I used to be the queen of get up, do whatcha gotta do, then go back to bed an hour or two later. Today that didn't happen..lol. I've been struggling with that lately. I think my H is rubbing off on me. :cuss:

I'm sure you'll see results either on the scale or the tape measure this week. :hurray:

oh hijacking is bad lol. Sleeping on the spot is good! my husband often falls asleep with his cellphone in hand and glasses still on, though usually hes laying down or at his desk. Ive even taken photos :D
 
Okay, I seriously thought I was going to blow this day with eating out at lunch, but I decided against it and instead had a "smart-one" weight watchers meal, MMM it was yummy and only 290 calories. I'll have a light yogurt in about an hour and that should hold me off until dinner.

I worked out hard last night, what's new! Kick N Abs, it was good, but my legs still hurt today, WAAAAA!!!!

Tonight, not sure what I'll do, maybe run a little upstairs then take circuit class, it all depends on my mood of course. I'm feeling a little cranky today, what's up with that?? I need to get over this funk and get back into my chipper self. For some reason today I feel bloated, HUH? Why?? I'm drinking water, I have a nice 20oz in front of me as we speak, and I haven't been loading up on sodium and it's not my time of the month.

I watched the biggest loser last night, WOW those people are kicking some ASS! I need to find out what these people are eating every day, because it's not my lack of exercise slowing me down that's for sure! It has to be the combo of food I'm taking in, even if it's not high in fat and I don't eat red meat, and I don't eat deep fried stuff, so what's up??? I'll investigate, maybe they have something on their website. Well, I better get going before my food gets cold. YUK!

I believe the BL people work out about 5hrs a day, so that has a big part to do with their huge numbers on the scales. I don't see anything wrong with your food. Have I ever told you I'm a big fan of honey bunches of oats, too? lol. Lately, though, I've been eating more Fiber One as it has double the fiber content.

Of course I'm not surprised to see you're still rocking it out at the gym..lol :hurray:
 
Hey Lady! Sorry you're cranky today? Here's a nice soapy rub-down to cheer you up. :D

I too had the temptation of eating out yesterday but resisted and ate my turkey sandwich and steamed veggies instead. I had the same for lunch today. I prefer to know every single calorie that goes into my mouth and usually try to get the menu online for the calories if I have to eat out.

I am currently looking for new and fun workouts online to spice up tonight's session to get the maximum calories burned. Unfortunately all the cardio classes are over by the time I get off work at the gym on base.

I think we'll see losses this week as well. Our team has been kicking major ass with our calories in/out. Go team!
 
Twin, your so awesome!! I didn't know they worked out that much eat day, HOLY COW! I do 2 hours and I'm done, I don't even want to think about the gym for the remainder of the day. LOL LOL

I do eat pretty good, I just finished my light yogurt as we speak, mmm strawberry and banana, not bad!!

Let's see Breakfast:
1 serving honey bunches of oats/ 1C 1% milk oh I threw in about 6 mini shredded wheats too, just to add a little punch:
roughly 400 total calories

Lunch: Smart One- lasagna- 290 calories, I get the one that has the little spiniach pieces in it, mmmmmm

snack: light yogurt 180 calories

Water, water, water
Now I'm off to the gym to see what I can muster up, I hope I feel in the mood to run once I get there, or maybe they will have a fun class going on, we will see, either way, it's work out city for me!!

Hows the flooding in your area?? I hear AR got hammered. I wish your gym had classes that start late, our last class starts at 7pm, and they have them all during the day hours too, I got lucky finding this gym that's for sure.

Well, I sure hope I see either weight loss or inches lost, either way I will be happy, even though inches doesn't win the challenge and that would piss me off for sure!! I'm TRYING and that's all I can do I guess.

Hi Kim. Yep I'm starting over. I had some problems in Jan, Feb. So far its going good though. I'm just walking for now although I have been taking in some fitness classes and yoga. I kinda over did it.

Wow you have huge rep.

I'm on Day 4 of only meat, veg and water.

I am glad to be over my depression. It reaks havoc on weight. I'm up in the 190s but soon will be in the 180s again.
 
I watched the biggest loser last night with my mom- like I do every Tuesday night. I cried when Brittany went home just a little. Because she was my favorite. They are kicking ass!! And so are you!! If people were just tuning into the show now... they wouldn't even know it was about overweight people by looking!!! I don't think many of them have far to go!
 
hey do you find your diet plays a part at all in the mental illness? do some foods make it worse or better kinda thing?
I was just curious - i know some people can have weird behaviors if they eat particular foods so wondered if it affected bipolar etc.

Wishes, this question is for Kelly right?? I myself believe that food alters our behaviors that's for sure, even though I am not bipolar and I don't suffer from any depression or anxiety, my best friend does and i know she says during her manic states she will eat a whole pie from the fridge in the middle of the night, she says she eats nothing but crap during her episodes, so I do think food plays a role in our minds as well as our bodies.

I love the biggest loser, and I agree Brittany should have stayed in, but you know how it is with games, anyone can be a target. I think Kimberly (bikinibound) told me that they work out like 5 hours a day, I can't even imagine that much, WOW! I do two hours and I'm plum wiped out! no wonder they can lose so much in a week, I know for sure if I could do even 3 hours a day I would drop quickly, when do they have time to eat?? LOL LOL

Today is a pretty good day!! I'm really, really busy at work, so won't be on much to check other diary's. One of my brokers took me to lunch I had grilled chicken fajitas, NO sour cream and No guacamole, just peppers and onions and salsa. MMMMM I did have a diet coke, which I rarely have soda, so I think I'm alright, I'm working out hard again tonight, and will eat VERY light for dinner, I must see some loss by tomorrow,or I'm going to SCREAM!

Last night I worked out hard, I ran on the Elliptical for 35 minutes and it said I burned 450 calories, I never hold on when I run it's full board for me, I'm usually drenched when I'm done and yep, I was soaked, right afterwords I headed over to the bike and went 8 miles in 30 minutes said I burned another 425 calories, I KICKED SOME BUTT, I also looked like a drench rat when I went upstairs to change. LOL LOL it's all good! watch all this working sabotage me and I only gain a pound of muscle or something, my body is weird like that I don't know why, but it has happened like that for me in the past, when I ate great and worked it out hard at the gym 4 days that week, and I put a pound on, I don't know why, but I'm going to drink a butt load of water after 3 pm and hopefully it will flush out the fat! YEAH!! GO AWAY fat, and lets see some weight loss!

Wow, you kicked major ass last night! This will surely help our team tomorrow. I will definitely be going running tonight when I get home. The weather is too pretty to stay indoors. I will then be doing the Capoeira (sp?) after my run. I am shooting for 2 hours of exercise!

Tell Scalentino I'll beat his ass if he's a mean little bastard at tomorrow's weigh-in. :D
