WOOOO did I have a night of working out or WHAT???? It was all fun! well except for how I felt after I ran 1/2 a mile.
First off I started upstairs on the run/walk track, I walked around briskly about 3 times, then got into my run mode, I ran about 1/2 mile, which was good for me to start off, I felt great, EXCEPT for this HORRIBLE tickle I ended up with in my throat, it was so bad It kept me coughing for hours, I was like WHAT THE HECK???? Has anyone ended up with this issue before?? I would drink water, it still wouldn't help, it had me hacking all night. LMAO!! that's what I get for trying to run, maybe it's a sign?????
After the run, I immediately jumped on the Step Climber it's been months since I used this machine, as I'm so into the elliptical or Arc trainer now, I tend to avoid it. But.... I felt the urge and literal ran on there for about 20 minutes, that was enough time to get me to 6:00 pm when the 1/2 hour circuit training class starts, So then I ran upstairs and joined circuit. I love that class, it's a combo of upper body weights and leg crunches, it's feels great to do it!! I thought I was going to be to tired to join my 1 hour of Body Jam, but I was surprised, I had enough energy to go the whole distance, YEAH!!! Jam was a blast, I just love this class, I wish they had it every day! I can't even imagine the amount of calories I burned last night, but it must have been in the 600 range, as the body jam class alone is 400.
I ate super good yesterday and stayed within my calorie range, and I wasn't starving before bed, that was great!! My Hubby made pancakes for dinner last night. LOL LOL what a sweet heart for doing that and all I had to do was eat a couple, MMMMM they were so good, the package said you can have 3-4" circles for 220 calories, and that's what I did, except for the 3 tbsp of syrup I used, pretty much I just lightly drizzled on each, NOT SOAKED! they were YUMMY! I love breakfast for dinner some nights, it's a good change. however, it did leave me craving OJ and I didn't have any, BLAH!!!!!!!
Today, I got up feeling good!! I had my small bowl of Mini wheats/raisin bran crunch, I had to combine, because I only had about 5 little biscuits left in the box, and well that wasn't going to cut it. LOL LOL I brought in a sandwich from home, and I'll be stopping by the store at lunch to grab maybe some cottage cheese for work or some yogurts, something new I'm bored with the old stuff for now. Tonight it's circuit training and maybe I'll try running around the track about 6 times before I leave, that way I'm not hacking during my entire workout. LOL LOL I'll probably run on the arc trainer for 1/2 hour then the bike for 1/2 hour it all depends on time, I HATE that it's dark when I leave the gym now, that just freaks me out, I need to find close parking as you just never know, RIGHT LADIES!! I usually wait for a few other people to leave, then just join the group on the way out, I'm a SAFETY GIRL!
OH, I have to mention two more things that made my DAY!! Last night when I got home from the gym, my hubby told me that his Coworker KAT, asked him if I had lost a lot of weight recently, she said I looked really good and toned when she saw me at the Wine/Cheese auction on Friday night, he said YES, she's been working out 4 days a week at the gym. She said, wow it's shows. Then when I got to work this morning, my boss who calls me Kimberly, said "Kimberly, are you still losing weight"??? I said, Oh yeah! and he said "Wow, how much more do you want to lose" as if I should probably slow down or something, even though he didn't come right out and say you look great, I knew what he meant, and it's finally nice to know that at least people are seeing the change now, that's what really counts I guess. I'm really pleased with my progress, and it makes me even more excited to get to my goal!! OH and I popped on the scale this morning, down a pound, but I won't even consider it until Saturday's weigh in. So it's HUSH, HUSH for now. LOL LOL plus, I still haven't received the visit from aunt flo, but the signs are all pointing to it's any time be alert, if you all know what I mean. LOL LOL
I better run, I have so much to do.
