Miss Ladybugs Diary

Whew !! and thank you !!

I promise you it was purely instinct I acted upon.

Meh, don't beat yourself up over the passive aging, it's quite sexy, yanno :)

Sorry about your auto stress. Join me in becoming car-free. I'm so green now I feel like a Democrat :D

tree hug ??

You know if I didn't live 19 miles out of town, I would certainly consider riding a bike or walking to work, NO PROBLEMO, but as it is now I get up way earlier than I want to and I just make it to work 10 minutes before my allowed time, so if I were to walk or ride, I would likely be fired in the first week, because my day wouldn't start until NOON  I LOVE THE BIKE! I miss it all the time, and that damn stationary bike at the gym just doesn't cut it! I so admire and respect all of you on here who ride and ride often. YOU GUYS ROCK! I rode all the time in my teens, I rarely drove, maybe that's why I was 5.6 128 lbs soak and wet during my high school days, AHHHHHH to be that way again. ahhhhhhh It will never happen, but I'm fine with that. And my age, well.... I know it's all a state of mind, so I'm just taking it as it comes, but wow, does it come faster now that I'm up there. LOL LOL By the way who is it in that AVATAR?

Going on and on can be a good thing. Especially when its about the food you were describing. We don't have an arby's around me... but I have a passion for food...and let me tell you that you made my mouth water just talking about it!

AHhhh Thanks!! Do you have a good SUB shop near you?? What about a place with a good salad bar?? Funny thing, I was really close to making myself a PB&J this morning and bringing that for lunch, but lost track of time and left without it. I love PB&J and if you only use a TBSP or 2 of PB your actually set at around the same calories as one of those frozen entrées. And it actually is pretty good for you if you use Whole grain breads. Do you ever try protein shakes or Slim Fast? I sometimes go that route when I want something cold and flavorful and filling.

Yer doin' great sweetie-pie! ;)

I love me some subway! They have so many choices now!
I'm a veggie nut, so mine are always a complete mess and I have to eat them at home..Never in public! :rotflmao:

Sorry AF is on the way..

Here is what I look like during that time!

:rotflmao:

Have A Super Great Day! :hug2:

Hey, I look just like that too, WOW!!! :rotflmao: Thanks for sharing that, gave me a laugh for my mid day.

Well, No Lean Cuisine today as my boss came back from lunch and bought me a ham/cheese on a pita bread. It's loaded with lettuce and tomato, MMMMM he got it from Schlotzsky's Deli, WOW I wonder how many calories, I'll have to go to their website and check their menu! It's rare I do ham, it's always chicken or turkey, so this is a nice change.:jump:

This is the sandwich:

Ham & Cheese The Original®-Style
Lean smoked ham, melted cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses layered with black olives, red onion, lettuce, tomato, mustard and our signature dressing on toasted Sourdough bread. Contains milk, soybeans and wheat.

WOW it has like 500 calories total, :eek2: I guess I'll need to bust ass at the gym for eating this sandwich. I try to stay below 450 for lunch, since I'm not moving much during the mid day hours. I do about 350-400 for breakfast, and then the remaining I allow for my dinner. More for dinner of course. LOL

I think your calories are out of this world-good! You're like, the best dieter I've seen--seriously!

I'm glad Body Jam is so enjoyable, and I feel you--I sweat so much during Kickboe it's disgusting! BLEH!!!

You have a fantastic day, and I hope you don't get bad cramps! My own ragtime is coming real soon myself! Cheers! (with non-alcoholic beverages)
:D

Thanks VBF, yeah I think our cycles are within a day apart or so. I don't know about being the best dieter, I think I might be staying to low on calories some of the time certainly by mistake, which we both know is not good. I'm just really lucky that I love ALL food, I'm not huge on Fresh water fish, but I could stomach it if it's cooked correctly, I know you eat a lot of it, you lucky girl. I remember not to long ago there was this girl named Curves who was BUSTING ASS on here and eating like a complete health nut, I was totally envious of her meals, and wished I could eat most the items, and half I know you got from health food stores or something, because I could barely spell or say most of them. LOL LOL You can be just as good when you go for it, I've seen it first hand, so don't forget that!! Your rock too!! TRUST ME! I think the extra few months of stress has caused your sudden weight gain, and nothing more!

I'm the same way..I just love everything pretty much!

I also need to learn more about fish and how to cook it!

Our fish - Deep fried catfish {fresh} and Long John Silvers..

:rotflmao: :rotflmao:

*Pics are now in my diary.. :)

OMG, I love Long John Silvers...lmao. I'm sitting here trying to be good and not pig out like I did last night, and I'm reading all this crap about yummy food..lmao. Oh well.

Kimmie, your workouts are fackin' awesome!! You could kick my ass all over the gym! Damn. I think I need to step it up. And your eating has been great lately! You can keep your black olives, though...:drooling::drooling: :hug2::hug2::hug2:

Damn... actually that sandwich sounds absolutely scrumptious! It's so odd, because here you are saying "OMG it's like 500 calories" and on this end I'm saying, "Damn.. that bitch is only 500 calories?? Niiicccceeeee." hahaa As for your caloric breakdowns for meals... hell, regardless of what you eat, your body's going to be burning it down throughout the day, so I wouldn't fret it at all, mami. If anything, I think you're doing awesome with the gym as well as your food. Now get that sexy Sugar Butt into the 160s, girl. ;) Love yas, my little Portuguese Princess.. HA!

Well I'm jealous how you manage to eat so low on a consistent basis. I unfortunately dont like everything, especially things like veggies (like the broccoli that Kimberly keeps trying to get me interested in). Eeeeew. I dont even like my strawberries without whipped cream. But I dont generally go too overboard, I just can't get austere with my food for some reason like you guys (bringing coolers of healthy food such as boiled eggs to work like Amy or eating a can of soup for lunch). Do you ever feel hungry? I would be absolutely killing someone off that amount of food and all that exercise. Bless your heart for being able to keep it up for so long.

Thank you LADIES!!!! MUCH LOVE TO MY GIRLS!:hug2:XOOXOXO

Cita: (HOT MOMMA)The only time I'm starving or feel like I MUST eat is in the morning, and that's why I RARELY pass of breakfast, In the past I would skip it all the time, and wonder why I could eat a horse at lunch, well for maybe the past year and a half I gave that nonsense up and starting eating a small breakfast, and everybody out there that said IT IS IMPORTANT is absolutely CORRECT! I fell ten times better now and I'm not real hungry or STARVING by lunch time, so I eat smaller at lunch and I'm still FULL! :jump: If I work out REALLY hard at the gym, I sometimes come home for dinner starving too, but I just nibble on something like a few pieces of cheese or crackers or juice and that keeps me from going nuts when my meal is finally done. I think what has happen truthfully is my stomach has shrunk and it doesn't take as much to fill it up anymore, THANK GOSH! because girlfriend before I could eat more than most men, NOT KIDDING!! I could easily fill up my plate full and eat it with no problem, now no way I would be in pain the rest of the night. So I think it just took time, and a lot of restraint on my part, and now it's not a problem at all. And ladies some times I splurge, like last night I did allow myself two bites of that cake again, and I was just fine with that, I didn't need a whole piece. :)

Sugar Booty: AHHHHHH you called me your Portuguese Princess. AHHHH I've never been called a princess before, THANKS!! ***Kim blushes*** I bust butt at the gym, but honestly I might be eating a little LOW on my calories and need to up it a bit, because I feel another plateau coming on once again, or maybe it's just that aunt flo is knocking at the door ready to come in, I'm not sure, we will see on Monday's weigh in I guess. NO gym tonight, I have a Pampered Chef party to go to after work. YEAH!!!!

Sugar Tit (TWIN) HUGS TO YOU!!!!! and your workouts lately. I know you'll be down to were you want to be in the next week or two, so don't worry!! I see how well you do, and I'm still amazed at anyone who can drop 6 pounds in a week. OMGOSH!!!!!!!!! that's just amazing to me, I would have to starve myself to do that really I'm not kidding, and well I love my food, so I'll never go that route again! :rotflmao:

Today, I'm going to plug along hard at the office, get off early and PLAY!
Last night my hubby had a football game, so I went to that and he said on our way back that he just wanted to VEG out this weekend at home and do absolutely NOTHING. GOOD IDEA I SAY!! let's drink some wine while we are at that nothing phase SHALL WE?? Of course. LOL LOL Football, food and wine. OH YEAH!
OH YEAH, I received an email yesterday from the guy who sold me my new car a year ago, and apparently they want to buy it back, for more than what I owe on it, it's some HUGE weekend buy out program and my car is one in high demand, he said I could get a NEW 2008 something and he would pay off what I have now and still give me trade for a new one. WOW, not sure if I'll do it, because i lOVE my current car and I'm slightly attached. WE will have to see I guess. LOVE TO YOU ALL
XOXOXOOXOXO
Kim

Howdy Kim!
Sure sounds like you have a great weekend planned again! I would so love to have a weekend to do nothing. Or even just a few days in a row. Seems here lately that I just can't get the timing right! LOL
Your such an inspiration! ONLY 2 bites of cake! I don't know that I could actually have cake in my house and ONLY eat 2 bites~
As for the car I would go with your 1st gut feeling on it. You weren't lookin to get a new one for you right? So them trying to lure you in may not be the best deal for you. Just for them!
Hope your weekend goes well.
PS: My daughter has one of then tiara crowns if you need it. You know so you get the proper respect that a princess is due!!!
Tata!

Hey There miss weight loss!! aka (bell) WOW a crown, that sounds so royal. I might take you up on that offer. LOL LOL Actually it's my hubby who is wanting a new truck, not me. My car is only a year old, so I'm pretty happy with it right now. :) My hubby's truck is a 2006 4x4, so he just wants to trade up to something a little newer as it's starting to nickel and dime him right now, and he's done with that! I remember when my sons were younger and I swear I rarely had any down time, so I am starting to get used to it just being about what I want to do on the weekends now, it's nice for a change. It won't be long for you, your oldest is 16 right? Hang in there, it will get better. :) Have a great weekend!!
Later!

Well, since I missed breakfast, :eek2: I know, I know SHAME ON KIM, I was really running late this morning and since I have somewhere after work to go, my hair was more important that eating breakfast, HAHAHHA I have a lot of hair and it takes FOREVER to blow dry it. WOW, but I'm liking these layers now and I wear it down more often, like today. So, I just went into my work kitchen and grabbed my leftover sandwich from yesterday, YEAH I could only eat half, that sucker was big!! well, thank gosh I have it, because now I'm starving and I really need the fuel. I have my bottled water here and it's going to be gone in about 15 minutes, then I'll have one of my Chex snack packs later, then at the Pampered Chef show I'll be nibbling snacks, hopefully she has a good veggie tray, then the actual meal that's made. mmmm can't wait! That's about my day in a nut shell, nothing fancy, but that's how I like it. Looking forward to football tomorrow, should be an exciting weekend. You all have a great weekend too, I'll chat at you later!
Kim

Hi Kim! You do look like you have a lot of hair! And I'm with Sheryl, a 500-calorie meal (sandwich) seems great to me! Have fun this weekend, and keep up the great work :)

Yeah, But I try to conserve my calories during breakfast and lunch, so I can consume me my WINE during dinner and not go over for the day, I just try to work it all out in my head so I know what's most important. LOL LOL I just finished that other half, and I swear to you I'm stuffed. But.... I will be hungry I swear in about 2 hours for something else, which usually I try a light snack, something under 150 calories, and lots of WATER! I think that helps too. It's the weekends that I have a hard time with water, because I don't sit down very long to just enjoy a couple glasses.
