It was so funny, I'm so syked to go to groove class, I screwed up and went to the gym and groove was not even tonight.!! LMAO!!! DEE,DAH,DEE!!! So what the hell, I jumped on the elliptical and ran 4 miles, then I used a few weight machines with my son and then we left. I realized when I got home that I only ate breakfast, my bowl of mini wheats and my can of soup a total of 440 calories, but what the worry was, I realized that I burned 410 at the gym, so I actually had about a 0 calorie day, WAIT,WAIT before you go ballistic on me, my hubby called me on the way home from the gym and asked me to pick up some Chinese, he never does that so I did it just for him. I picked myself up some sesame chicken in which I ate about 6 pieces and about 3 bites of rice, and two bites of an egg roll and about a cup of egg drop soup. OH and I had water ALL day, so I think With the dinner it brought me up to about 600-700 calories no problem, still that's not enough. But I'm truly full and now it's late and I'm tired, so I'm just going to read an few diary's and go to beddy bye!! So on that note. I will post some more tomorrow. I'm sure by morning I will be famished and I think I'll have oatmeal in the morning, just switch it up a bit. Good Night all!!
