I just finished your diary, and I'm really impressed and hungry (yum to the black bean/corn/salsa/tortilla). You burn so many calories when you work out, you eat totally healthy, and you remain completely positive. You own that bike (you ride so far and burn so many cals!) and the Groove class sounds like fun. So it's no wonder you're doing so well, and dropping the weight. I'm so happy the outfit is hanging off of you now, that is the BEST feeling in the world I swear. Honestly I'm always amazed at how incredible the body is. If you're nice to her, she's nice to you :p and she's being very nice to you apparently which means you're doing everything right. Ok I'm off to the grocery store, I'm looking forward to seeing more of your posts. Thanks for all the support you've been giving me and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to see your diary.

I told Beth that when we move back to Tennessee to be prepared for football season... 100,000 fans in one stadium!! And that's at the High School level! Hey, good job with that skirt! I love when clothes do that! Unfortunately, my skirts went from too tight then way too big. I didn't get to wear them in the in between stage where they fit nice! I didn't realize how many inches I had lost and by the time I thought to retry the skirts it was too late, lol. At least I did wear them a bit when they were a bit too tight, so got some use out of them.

Anyways, keep up the good work!

That's awesome that your clothes are hanging off you (although it also sucks too in a way--since you may have to get more soon)! I'm really eager to see how much weight you've lost!!

It was so funny, I'm so syked to go to groove class, I screwed up and went to the gym and groove was not even tonight.!! LMAO!!! DEE,DAH,DEE!!! So what the hell, I jumped on the elliptical and ran 4 miles, then I used a few weight machines with my son and then we left. I realized when I got home that I only ate breakfast, my bowl of mini wheats and my can of soup a total of 440 calories, but what the worry was, I realized that I burned 410 at the gym, so I actually had about a 0 calorie day, WAIT,WAIT before you go ballistic on me, my hubby called me on the way home from the gym and asked me to pick up some Chinese, he never does that so I did it just for him. I picked myself up some sesame chicken in which I ate about 6 pieces and about 3 bites of rice, and two bites of an egg roll and about a cup of egg drop soup. OH and I had water ALL day, so I think With the dinner it brought me up to about 600-700 calories no problem, still that's not enough. But I'm truly full and now it's late and I'm tired, so I'm just going to read an few diary's and go to beddy bye!! So on that note. I will post some more tomorrow. I'm sure by morning I will be famished and I think I'll have oatmeal in the morning, just switch it up a bit. Good Night all!! ;)

and see.. you can have junk food once in a while as long as you dont overindulge! and i bet you enjoyed every mouthful.

I know, I was feeling guilty so I told my son we would stay an hour and do something else. I love the elliptical and I can bust some butt on that thing, so it's usually my first choice. I'm so proud of my son going with me every day, he's such a sweetie! Just like you Sophie!!!

Glad you got some more calories in you there, Kim. I eat 550 calories just for breakfast, so I can't imagine eating a little above that for the whole day.

I like the elliptical, too.

Yes I agree, I rarely ever do that, but work has been very busy and I just lost track of time. I usually get in about 1500-1600 a day, but you know that darn chinese food made up for the lack of. Not that I would do that every time. :)

Hey Kim..I've had days like that....I try to keep food here at the office that I can eat at my desk (and still work), but we get so crazed here some days, that I don't get all my calories in before the day's end....:rolleyes:

Chinese food...yummm... :)

That's so cool that you're so dedicated to your workout. You seem to really enjoy the exercise, and that is something I'm trying to learn to do. haha you really did have a serious deficit yesterday! Also I love that your son goes to the gym with you! My sister always exercises with me whenever we're together and it makes it so much more fun. It's just nice to walk into the gym with someone and share a common goal and then put in the work to accomplish it together, it's really motivating. Well have a beautiful day. :)

My goodness, you must be really strong! I couldn't function normally with only 400 calories, much less do an actual workout! That would definitely kill me! Good on you though, and I'm sure your body appreciated the Chinese afterwards..
