Alright, so today was weigh in day and I weighed 213.0 - that's a 1 or 1.5 lb loss this week, and I'll take it! Last week my loss was 4 lbs, but I didn't count the digits after the . (point) and today I realized I probably should, that way if there's only a half lb loss, I still can count it. I just love seeing that number inch more and more towards the 1's instead of the 2's!!! Even though it wasn't a full 2 lb loss this week, I won't be discouraged - I was aiming on taking it slow in the first place. I also didn't get much exercise this week.
