FVucken brains :D that's all I've got to say :D

I really feel better when I'm eating like this and not giving in to binge eating all the time. I feel more in control of my life, and less like food is controlling my life.

I'm trying to get back to that place!!! People writing about it reminds me of how great it feels :) Stay there, the plan is to catch up!
 
Thanks LaMaria and Delsid for your words! Yeah, it's hard to overcome all that brain stuff!! It's like a battle with yourself and yourself can be sooo stubborn, lol. ?

Alright, so today was weigh in day and I weighed 213.0 - that's a 1 or 1.5 lb loss this week, and I'll take it! Last week my loss was 4 lbs, but I didn't count the digits after the . (point) and today I realized I probably should, that way if there's only a half lb loss, I still can count it. I just love seeing that number inch more and more towards the 1's instead of the 2's!!! Even though it wasn't a full 2 lb loss this week, I won't be discouraged - I was aiming on taking it slow in the first place. I also didn't get much exercise this week.
 
Hello MissFit, I recently started recording my diet, but not nearly as detailed as yours!
Good progress so far! 1.5 pounds is a a very healthy amount of weight loss for one week. It's been less than a week for me, and I would be thrilled to see myself lose 1.5 pounds a week!
 
Thank you, ladies!! Oh how I miss "onederland" and I wish I didn't take it for granted when I was actually in it! :doh:Monday we grilled and I made some yummy homemade cookies, also had wine. Yesterday I was pretty on track with everything, but I wasn't real strict with logging. Also walked both Monday and Tuesday. Today - back at it!


June 8th, 2016

Breakfast/Brunch
Protein shake - 1 scoop (chocolate)
Oven roasted bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onion, and garlic
One large egg with wheat toast
Slice of cheese

Lunch
1 serving Maple and Brown sugar oatmeal
Slice of wheat toast with 1 tablespoon PB fit

Dinner
Oven baked chicken breast - 8oz
Baked Potato
Oven roasted vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Snacks
1 Dannon 80 cal Greek yogurt (Banana Cream)
2 low fat Mozzarella sticks
1 Claussen pickle spear
1/4 cup blueberries
2 large strawberries
1 small pear

Drinks
2 cups of coffee with Stevia and cream
1 orange sunrise H2O
H2O
1 cherry water

TCC= 1,364

Also walked today for about 30 minutes, was pretty leisurely. I have a "brat" "princess" dog who won't really go on walks more than a block, she stops and refuses to go any further once we get so far. :rolleyes:
 
:D Is it a handbag-sized princess? I've gone hiking with a guy who'd put his (medium-sized) dog in his backpack when the little guy got tired/fed up/scared of heights. Happy dog, happy hiking.
 
I have a handbag sized "princess". She only weighs 2kg & she's 14 years old. I usually have to pick her up after about 10 mins walking. I have thought of getting a baby pouch for her :)
 
Hahaha, she isn't quite handbag sized, I'd say just on the smaller size of medium. Corgi/papillon mix! I love her so much and she is definitely spoiled. One thing with those types of dogs is I have to watch her weight, she can develop into quite the little sausage super easily and she loves food. I guess we have that in common. :p

Whoops, I forgot to update my diary yesterday - but it was mostly the same as every day. My total calories came out to about 1,356 and I got to bed late because I was working on a paper I had procrastinated doing.

Needed all that coffee yesterday. I'm super tired today so I'll probably need 3 cups today, too! Ugh! Maybe implementing more exercise would help with being so tired. Other than that, yesterday was pretty uneventful and good food-wise!
 
Hi Miss Fit. I hope you are not so tired when you wake on Sunday. Some exercise in the fresh air would help. After a good walk if you are tired at least it feels like a good tired. The less I do, the more tired I am. Take a piece of fruit with you & some plain water. Enjoy your weekend, xo
 
---Thanks, Cate! I did get some walking in and it seemed to help a ton. I was a lot more productive today than I would have been without it!

1 French vanilla cappuccino K-Cup

TCC= 1,385
Weigh in day coming up on Monday! Hoping for another pound or two lost! Crossing my fingers! Sorry if my food updates aren't very interesting or they're annoying - I just really like being held accountable for what I'm shoving into my mouth! It really does help to have a sort of 'sounding board' even if people don't really listen. Just putting it out there really helps. ? Goodnight, weight loss friends!!!

Today was a stressful day for me. I came in under on calories, but tomorrow is my 'fun' day so I should make them up and then some. I'll be up early tomorrow so I can join a friend for a swim. Should work off a bit before throwing it all away with wine. :cheers2: I'll be sure to update on my weigh in tomorrow morning! ?
 
Came in under your calories on a stressful day. That is the opposite to most. Enjoy your "fun" day tomorrow. I do love my wine! xo
