Miss Fit's Diary

Thanks everyone! I'm still not feeling too well. I came in at 1,330 calories for yesterday, ate my usual, and had a Starbucks ham and swiss croissant for lunch instead of my oatmeal and peanut butter. I really liked the croissant, it was yummy.

Today I woke up with a terrible headache, and of course started my time of the month so I'm cramping non-stop as well. I haven't eaten yet or had much of an appetite but I'm going to try and eat soon and hopefully that helps stimulate a bit of an appetite. Hope everyone has been doing well, I haven't caught up on diaries - I will hopefully do that tonight. ?

Breakfast/Brunch
Protein shake - 1 scoop (chocolate)
Oven roasted bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, onion
One large egg with wheat toast
Slice of cheese

Lunch
1 serving bananas and cream oatmeal
Slice of wheat toast with 1 tablespoon chocolate PB fit

Dinner
Oven baked chicken breast - 5.9 oz
Baked Potatoes 184 grams
roasted broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower

Snacks
1 Mozzarella string cheese stick
1 serving healthy pop - butter flavor
1 Claussen mini pickle
1 Dannon greek yogurt - salted caramel mousse
1/4 cup blueberries
2 Hershey's kisses

Drinks
1 cup of coffee with Stevia and cream
1 Orange sunrise water
H2O
1 cherry water

TCC= 1,321
Slept a lot today! I feel like a human again.

Yeah. I had a terrible night tonight. So I do what I do on terrible nights, I drink. I had whiskey as my dinner with a hot shower. A personal friend in law enforcement passed away tonight. 11 officers in the states were shot and 4 killed in Dallas, TX tonight. Anyone against LE please refrain from commenting on my diary. I am heartbroken and grieving. I am disgusted with the climate in the United States right now, and I am heartbroken.
 
Hello everyone! I've been busy and haven't really been around updating as much as I'd like. I'm happy to report I'm 15.4 lbs down as of my last weigh in this past Monday! My first goal is 20 lbs down and it doesn't seem so impossible anymore! My diet has been about the same - I've been maintaining about 1,300 - 1,400 calories per day, I've added in a little activity when I have time and I'm not studying.

I hope everyone has been having a successful past couple of weeks. ?
