So this morrning I woke up and I didn't gain any weght over the weeken

as so excited I just recently started to exercise but when the weekends came along I would gain weight so I'm glad it didn't happen this weekend so I can lose more weight though out the week so this morrning I ate three hardboiled eggs(whites only) and 12oz green tea, lunch I had a salad with lettuce,cucumber, jicama, and lenon juice, for snack I had a half bag of popcorn don't know what I an going to have for dinner yet? can't wait to go home and exercise...

but i have to do this it seems every day i find something new wrong with my body aside from the almost 100lbs that i have to lose i can't sleep i wake myself up from the snoring (started after weght gain) i get tired so easily i really need the change in lifestyle and want it so much more. i have never actually had a new years resolution to lose weght so here it is in 2008 it will be great i plan to lose 80lbs in the year= a litte over 6 lbs a month see why does it look so easy on paper?
