It sounds like you are doing great so far! I always say this but it really helps me get over temptation; I go look at myself in the mirror when I want to eat something I shouldn't. Or think of it this way, You can eat ANYTHING you want to eat as long as you eat in front of a mirror...NAKED!
So even when we go out to eat I find it helpful to go into the bathroom and lift up my shirt and think to myself "Have I had enough pasta, or pizza, or ice cream or whatever in my lifetime? I think so."

I guess losing weght doesn't have to be so serious and your right if i did that i would not touch any bad foods. I went to the bank to day and saw myself on the little tv's there and was like "this is why you need to lose weght" i just do'nt like the person i see (bodyshape)any ways still another day of good eatting i'm having a soup for lunch and will have chicken for dinner again
