Been feeling pretty tired today, but a good workout at the gym tonight will do me good. :D

Lol hey I am a big ebay shopper and I came across this little
guy on there, my mom collects snowbabies and I am starting my
xmas shopping lol! Have a gr8 night Tammy:D

4 miles, 40 minutes, 600 calories = 1 tired mikey... but I feel much better :)

btw, love the doll Tammy (I never thought I'd say that in my lifetime lol)
 
So I've realized I'm not feeling as energetic as I did last week. I'm thinking/hoping that this is just because of the crazy amount of food I consumed on the weekend. All you can eat buffets are the devil.

speaking of buffet I was actually kind of sad when I looked around at everyone who was there. Lots of college kids, but also big families, with big kids who looked a 1/3 my age, yet looked heavier than me. Childhood obesity upsets me more than anything because for the most part it's all about diet. If it continues the little ones are going to have it real tough

yes buffets are evil! esp when there r chocolate fondue fountains spinning non-stop too!

Ahh my husband wanted to go to one of those "All You Can eat" places last night for our aniversary, i was particularly hungry so knew it wasnt a good idea.

I feel your pain. Keep up the good work :)
 
I hear you on the childhood obesity thing Mikey - I read somewhere that this will be the first generation of kids that aren't expected to outlive their parents if everything continues as it is.. whether that's true or not i don't know but it's scary stuff.

Dang good workout - wow! Glad you're feeling beter!! :D:D:D
 
So I just got back from breakfast and I ran into "the big boss." She stopped me and asked me... "Mike, are you sick?" I replied "No, I feel okay... do I look sick?"

her: "I noticed you've lost a lot of weight."
me: "Oh" I start to laugh "I've been working out, and watchin' the diet."


hmmmmm, I should of said I have a rare disease that can only be cured by getting a raise and a promotion.

In all honesty I just wanted to push myself for 15 minutes, felt great, tried 20, felt fine, went to 30, slowed down and walked for five, then the rest I went hard once again. All the while thinking "hey, I might actually make it to 5 miles pending melt down."

That was by far one of my best workouts to date... M2M does 5 miles every day? Truly amazing!

Man, I love wildlife, but not near my car! I'm glad you're ok:) We came pretty close to a moose the other day, but luckily were just leaving town, so we were going pretty slow yet.
