Pasta Salad, raw tomatos, carrots, caesar salad

Exercise? yes I did go out and jog/walk (mostly walk) 5 k

took a couple hours off work this morning and got a round of golf in...

chicken wrap, chicken gumbo soup, tea
It's such a nice day out today I am going to see about booking off early from work as well to get on my bike... this would be the perfect time to get that 45 k in for the week
We'll just have to see how well I can suck up to the boss in order to make it happen. lol
