Nanders, thanks for stopping by. my lottery ticket spending is sporatic at best. I'll buy a lotto ticket maybe once a month, a scratch ticket every blue moon. Those lotto ladies (and men) annoy the hell outta me lol



Well Since I ate a lot today, I thought a bit more exercise was in order for this evening... so after supper instead of jumping on the bike, I took out my iPod for a jog. She was pretty excited, let me tell ya!

We jogged together for 5 kms in about 30 minutes... she fell asleep just as I was getting home though, poor thing.
 
Sounds like its getting old :O
Should last a bit longer than that - ive done operations on my older one that fixed that problem though easy enough!

the ipod was almost ready to sleep when I took her out.... I have a third generation ipod, and I too have given her an operation to replace her power supply. See, you're not the only tech geek on here! *L*

Wow, Mike! 8lbs in August. Congrats! Looks like you are eating really, really well too! Nice to see you get a fried chicken day in! I'm also glad to hear your "ooze" dried up! Take care and keep up the fantastic fat loss.

the only way I could have a hobbit lunch and hobbit supper is to eat smaller meals... gotta watch those calories ;) Glad I could make ya laugh!

jumped on the scale this morning because curiosity got the best of me. I weighed in at 192.... so I've lost 4 lbs this week. Not sure if that's a good thing (health wise) or bad thing. I haven't changed anything regarding diet or exercise.... so I dunno

As for the 4 pounds, you could have had some water retention from last week that you let go of...I know on weeks that I've lost fewer pounds, that I'll lose more the week following.

Either way, I wouldn't want to sustain 4# a week - not at your weight!
 
Wow!! i wish i was dropping weight like that! Keep up the great work! At the same time, if loosing weight that fast means that I would have feet like yours, I'll have to think again! :)

well for a snack I had a piece of that choclate zuchini cake and a glass of 1% milk. Which would probably have put me in and around 2100 calories for the day....




not sure when my next post will be as I am headed to Winnipeg for a little mini vacation. This will be the true test... whenever my best friend and I are together we tend to binge... I'm pretty broke though so I should do fine.
