Thanks again to all who are wishing me well. I'm feeling better, but alas, not 100%

Breakfast
yogurt, all bran bar = 340

Lunch
perogies, sandwich, and gave into a piece of pizza = 942

Supper
Chilli, garlic bread, and some sort of peanut butter desert thingy = 525 + unknown peanut butter treat

Stickin' with the cold killer...
another carton of Orange Juice = 452

Total = 2359

I did manage to get out on my bike today. 20 kms in about 48 minutes.... really slow compared to last week! I still don't have the energy I usually have.

I was a bit worried that I'd pack on a few pounds this week but so far I'm still balancing on that 200 mark. I'd really like to lean to the lower numbers soon lol

I hope you're feeling better - it does take some time after being sick to get back into the groove!
 
So this morning I woke up feeling pretty good. My sinus' are still filled with ooze, but every day I am feeling even stronger.... M2M, like you said, it just takes time...

So it's Monday, weigh in day. I honestly wasn't expecting much since I've been my active self and I was still at 200 lbs on Thursday. So no biggie!

I was greeted with a nice surprise, I am now 198 lbs.

*does happy dance*

It actually feels kind of nice saying I'm "one hundred and...." rather than "TWO hundred and..."

"Hey you two's, I have a going away gift for you!"

*flicks 2's off!" lol
 
Breakfast
multigrain cheerios, milk.... fried eggs, taters, bacon, rye toast, coffee

Lunch
Salmon spread and crackers.... slice o pizza

snack
oatmeal to go banana bread

supper
spanish rice and a piece of rye toast

Total = 2251

Exercise
jogging, 5 kms in 30 minutes. With the cold my lungs really began to burn, but it felt great!
 
Yesterday I had consumed about 2200 calories which is good... staying within my limits.

Today...

Breakfast
Omelet w/ mushrooms and cheese and coffee = 550

Lunch
Turkey Club Sandwich, no mayo and ice tea = 907

Supper
Casserole and rye toast = 635

Total = 2223

Tomorrow I am leaving early in the morning to a remote community in the north. Healthy Food is going to be rare, or else very expensive. I won't be back til Saturday night so this will certainly be a challenge. This trip actually just got sprung on me late this afternoon.... Monday's weigh in day might be scary!
 
hey mike....I hope you have a wonderful trip!!!! I love the back country!!! I guess I'm a tree hugger at heart!! Keep up the good work....before ya know it you will have reached your goal!!!!!
 
i'm back from trip.... I was pretty much on my feet the whole time.

errr yesterday I didn't eat well....

a 2 egg omlet, pancakes, syrup, coffee for brunch..... rice soup and a sandwich for supper, a can of pepsi and ritz chips for snack. I already know it was very low in calories....

today all I had to eat was pancakes, eggs, and bacon...

had a good trip though, just really tired!

biked 20 kms on my mountain bike (roadbike needs to visit the bike shop tomorrow)

gatorade, jerky, and an energy bar


I doubt if I'll see any weight change this week. Tomorrow is my weigh in day... I won't be surprised if I gained a few.... I really gotta get my ass in gear again.

I am sure you'll be fine, with the weigh-in, and eventhough it might rise a little I am sure your determination will kick butt next week. Have a nice day
 
hi mike good luck with your weigh in!!! I'm sure it will be fine! My weigh in is saturday, and I needed to lose 4.5 lbs to reach my goal, and I'm sure I'm not even close to that yet!:eek: Let us know how it goes! TTFN!
 
decided to wait til the end of the month to wait for weigh in... seeing as how it's only a few more days.... and it gives me time to try to drop a few more lol
