yo this is my daily intake for the week

Protein: 294.7

Carbs: 185.2 as fiber 39.5

Fat: 97.2

My calories are 2648 a day, I run heavy/moderate in the morning before breakfast and I lift heavy after dinner. Is this amount of carbs and fat ok?

I work hard during the day (contractor), im up and down and walking/carrying stuff everywhere. Is this ok for all of that?

it is very detailed and being that organized will help you a lot.
also keep doing what you are doing if you enjoy it and it works for you!

stretching is really, really important .before and afterwards!
I do pilates and yoga/ a little bit between my cardio and I love it because
it improves my flexibility and I don't get sore muscles.

haha, yeah i do a brief stretch and i walk at a decent pace for about ten minutes before i do anything and i do the same after im done with my workout

haha well there are some yoga poses that I kid you not, are not humanly possible. just.. aren't. but there are a lot of basic and easy ones that help me through the process and again, the flexibility can't hurt! :p

I try to always stretch and walk slowly at first too. also I think am poorly designed, I don't even know how to run. is that sad or what? Darwin would be so disappointed!

just remember to go heel to toe, but there are other options

you can use a rowing machine, elliptical, arc trainer, etc


i vary them up everyday, ill run/some machine for a total of 40-45 mins or ill just use a machine at a high level for 40 mins or so

it keeps me on a constant pace so i dont slack off, generally try to keep my heart rate in the 160 range for a good 25-30 mins

I wish I didn't work so early in the mornings sometimes. I used to love working out the start the day off.. kinda sets the whole day. I for sure wasnt going to mess up my day if I had just worked out hard and woke up at the crack of dawn. I miss that! I work at 6am boohoo.

my house would have to be burning to me to get up at that ungodly hour. and even then I'd think about it!

but good for you. I wish I had that determination to run. I love walking and feeling the fresh air but running is another thing.:p you should train me, texas isn't far away haha
 
I wish i could get up at 5am but then i wouldnt be able to stay up sop late :D

5 am is nothing, i go to work at 7 so its not too bad...

yeah i pretty much stick to the same menu...during the week ill eat the same thing pretty much everyday, on the weekends ill opt out my dinner for something a lil less good for you, like saturday i had some chicken fajitas, i change my meals every couple weeks, im pretty hardcore about it so its not a problem at all

the cardio workout this morning was pretty kick ass run and gun pretty much for 40 mins, the chest/abs weight routine was pretty heavy tonight, my pecs keep flinching every time i type. yay.

well I go to school at 7 am for one semester and in the afternoon the next one so my biological clock is all messed up. every time I get the chance I'll sleep until late in the morning :p

sticking to a menu works. I pretty much eat the same things just combined different so I won't get tired of em too quickly. I give myself a treat on the weekends but something not too extreme, like a yogurt ice cream or sushi.

I am still jealous of you getting up and running! I just did 35 min on my stationary bike and 20 min on the yoga ball. doing crunches sure hurts a lot more on those damn yoga balls!

eh so far so good, i evaluated my input on my fitday and I made a mistake on my calorie intake, im actually only taking in 2400 something calories, i gotta increase my chicken intake to 6 lbs a week and ill be golden.

i ran 3.5 miles this morning, kept my heartrate at 161 bpm for 37 minutes, pretty effin sweet

the food is always easy, easy fo sheezy

im not for sure if its ten lbs, prolly more like 5 lbs, cuz i weighed 280 when i was in my full get up instead of my normal workout stuffz

Do you know how to make sugar-less peanut butter?? What do you eat for your fibre intake? Yesterday i only ate lik 3.5g. Im eating too much carbs not enough protien.
Thats awesome 3.5 miles!! I started running yday alternating days.
 
It sounds like you are leading a very healthy life and your diary is also very well organized. How long did it take you to get where you are in terms of fitness?
 
im so weird, im "in shape" but im not in shape.

i can run like a champ and lift weights like a champ, but im still chunky


To atm: For fiber, I eat oatmeal, a clif bar, apples, and whey protein. I think I'm getting 170 g carbs with 40 or so in fiber and around 275 g protein

I believe being fit is way more important- as you are healthy and you have a good physical condition. I am working on that!

everyone has told me that, "you looked good when you were bigger", I just wanna be nicely trim, I don't need a single digit bodyfat percentage...but yeah

back routine was pretty hard tonight my lats are pumped the eff up...i love dumbell rows
