Hello all,
Just quick update because I am exhausted today!! Dinner was so so. I think ordering the hot sauce on the side of my food was a good and bad thing. Good cause it was freakin' hot!! and bad because that food needed some sauce on it. The dessert was phenomenal though. Apple tort a la mode
. Oh heaven. Cupcakes weren't as good as they were a bit dry. Sadly. Husband is ready to comment to the bakery about that...

Sadly I was not back at it today. As I wandered around that box of cupcakes in my sleep deprived (baby keeps me up at night kicking the crap out of my insides!) haze I decided to down a few and then some cereal and cinnamon toast, and the leftovers from last night (which was actually very healthy ahi tuna (just can't stay away from the raw fish!! lol), brown rice and sauteed veggies. No food poisoning but the soup I had for lunch did a number on me. WTF!! is all i have to say. Raw fish should apparently be the only thing in my diet as it hasn't gotten me sick lol. However, I did go for a couple 30 minute walks today. Nothing brisk but at least out there and moving. Doc said pain in my abdomen was fine and I can walk through it... ugg it hurts though!! but as long as it's not fatal I am all good. lol
Hello Cabbie!! lol That weight in front is killer no matter how it gets there but I certainly believe you have a lot less weight up there than you started with!! lol Sadly my bulk is increasing lol. The C25K program is pretty cool... if a bit boring... but I love to run and if you start to mix it up with your own music and change running locations (at least for me) it keeps the motivation up. I got through week 6 and I can't wait to do it again. I was doing a slow jog and focusing on time last time. This next time I want to focus on the distance instead. I want to be able to run the whole 3 miles... even if my time is slower. Ideal goal would be to run a 8-10 minute mile. I have never done that before. I am more of a 15ner... so slow!! I will blame it on short legs and mincing geisha like steps
lol. Running is a great way to burn those calories though... of course I just read in a magazine that weight lifting is comparable according to some new studies. hmmmmm.
