Hi Mishi,
I am doing the Rock n Roll in the Bay Area, I live in Northern CA.
There is a website I use to get a training schedule.
You enter the distance you are training for.
The date of the half marathon
The time you would like to finish it.
The days you want to train on.... long run days ect...
The program generates a training smart coach report that tells you what days to train on and how many miles to do each training session to get you up to speed by marathon time.
I love it!!
I just went to get the link for you and it looks like they now require people to sign up for membership. It's free, and simple. I just did it as I need a new training schedule myself.
