Hey again, I'm super impressed by your food log! I tried to keep one on my own but counting the calories became tedious after a while. I wish I could stick to a healthy meal plan like that! I usually end up skipping breakfast or binging or something like that which is never good =/
I'm not sure if you're doing this alreayd, but one suggestion I have is to try having egg whites on your breakfast wrap in the morning instead of regular eggs. It cuts out a lot less calories and doesn't taste much different =)

I find that if i document my food or even plan it ahead i stick to whats healthy a bit more...although..if youve read more of my diary i also have messed up a few times but i guess that happens. I definitely am trying to eat only the egg whites when i have eggs from now on. The yolk tastes so good to me tho so i just have it like twice a week instead of everyday or everytime i have eggs.
I'm glad things with your mother are getting better... it sucks when ppl you care about either aren't supportive of your goals or are overly supportive (almost like backhanded complements). Not sure if that made sense but enjoy your success and keep your chin up
