Here's a little youtube flick on Alli that I thought was pretty damn funny. Don't fret, it isn't distasteful.. like me. HA! I'm just fucking around on youtube and break.com, so I don't have anything fun to report or rant about. haha Here's today's accomplishments:
Workout:
- 60min grappling/DT
- 20 mins Turbo Jam
- 20 mins dancing around my house because I was cold and I looked damn good doing so
- 55 mins weight training: LEGS (squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc)
Meals:
Breakfast:
- whole wheat Thomas english muffin with 1 slice provoline, turkey breast, and red onions
- 1 small apple sliced with Breyer's light yogurt (415 cal)
Snack:
- 1/2c oatmeal with sliced medium pear
- 1c 1% milk (350 cal)
Lunch:
- 3/4 c whole wheat rotini pasta with chicken breast, 1/2c green bell peppers, 14c red onions, 2c romaine tossed salad and 2tb light Italian dressing (420 cal)
Not really a snack, but grabbed one because I was cold and I love it:
- 16oz pumpkin spice latte (200 cal)
Dinner:
- 2 homemade chicken soft tacos (whole wheat tortillas, reduced fat sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, onions and lettuce) (490 cal)
Total Calories: 2,010 cal (1930-2280)
Water: 12c and yet to be part of the "I Pee Clear Club" today. BAH!
Notes: So being as I've had the same damn hairstyle for most of my life (long, straight and black for almost 20yrs.. with the exception of a horrible "spiral perm" that turned into an afro when I was 13.), I've come to the conclusion that it's time for a change. Tomorrow I'm planning to cut my hair and go for something different. My hair falls 4 inches below my ass, so being as I don't want my hair to go in the trash, I will be donating it to . (An organization that accepts donated hair to create wigs and hairpieces for children with Alopecia areata.) Damn... this will be my FIRST haircut in 20 years. This should be fun. I'll post tomorrow on it.
