Awww shucks... thanks, Sunny! I LURVE corsets with a passion. Since I've been losing weight, a few of my favorite corsets don't lace as tight as I would like them to. Looks like Sean's going to have to buy me a few more new ones! YAH! Yippy... goal corsets! HA!

Damn it's hot tonight....

Right now, I'm sitting at the computer sweating my ass off. Lord, it's in the 80s and it's already 9pm. Wtf is up with that? Jeeez... I'm hoping August isn't going to be too unbearable. If that's the case, then I better sign up to a gym sooner than I planned to.

First off, I wanted to thank everyone who left messages inregards to my before and after pics posted. Not only did it bring a smile to my face, but it honestly made me feel so good about myself. I mean I don't have bad self esteem or anything, but it's nice to hear positive feedback. Thank you, everyone. I promise to work my ass off (well not ALL of it, because there's just no possible way of doing that.. haha) these next few months while pushing through with Power 90. When I'm done, I'll try posting newer pix. After that, I'll post pix for the Christmas Clothes Challenge. Damn... I better get my "hair did" and my eyebrows waxed soon. hahaaa! So anyways... off to today's accomplishments.....

Workout:

- P90 Sweat 1-2 (36 mins) (This program's wicked.)
- Ab Ripper 100 (4.5 mins) (Oh yah.. I'm definitely feeling it now.)
- Brisk Walk (60 mins)
- Turbo Jam Cardio Party #2 (43 mins)
- Lots of stretching to loosen my muscles

Meals:

Breakfast:
- 1/2c oatmeal with 1 chopped pear and cinnamon
- 1c 1% milk (350 cal)

Snack:
- bowl of 1c halved strawberries and 2 sliced kiwi with 1/2c 1% cottage cheese and 1c Kashi Go Lean Cereal (360 cal)

Lunch:
Jenna aka Boam's journal made me hungry for Chicken and Black Bean Burritos. However, my broke ass didn't have any chicken in the fridge. haha!
- 2 whole wheat tortilla wrapped bean burritos (chopped lettuce, black beans, refried beans, part skim mozarella cheese, onions and salsa) (700 cal)

Snack:
- a peach with 1c 1% milk (145 cal)

Dinner:
- Homemade Spicy Chicken breast and Tofu with Eggplant (Chinese style) over 1c brown rice (640 cal)

Total Calories: 2,200 calories (1990-2340)
President's Challenge Points Earned: 1,237 pts

Notes: Today's journal writings were mainly about boobs and butts. Interesting topics. haha! I did very well with my workout today. I should eat a bit more, but my tummy is saying, "No more." Wishing everyone a wonderful evening...

I also love my big butt . It looked like it was getting flat when I started losing weight after the pregnancy, during which it had gotten huger, and I was so worried because my whole shape seemed different. I believe my butt started slimming down a bit faster than my lower back/back of the hips so it looked like the butt was flatter because there was no contrast between the back and butt. As I took weight off the lower back and back of the hips (the flanks), my curves started coming back and my butt started popping out again.

You need to go as heavy as possible with the squats, lunges and dead lifts. These will lift and pop your butt out bit for sure!

Ever notice how incredibly curvy those overly-muscled women are..their arms and traps are usually too beefy but they have very curvy butts from all that large firm but also soft and juicy muscle. You need to go as heavy as possible with the squats, lunges and dead lifts. These will lift and pop your butt out bit for sure!

Well, I think my flat butt is getting better since I've been doing strength training and a crap load of walking. What I do have is very firm..lmbo.

Girl, I think you should tell your gf to give them back to you soon, because honestly, after the amount of work you're doing at the gym, I'm sure you'll be able to keep up with Turbo Jam. Make sure to start off with the Learn and Burn first, then move on to the 20 min. You'll definitely feel it in your abs, obliques and ass... good stuff. haha

Lol..I think i choose to dance instead of walking because i really enjoy it and because i feel like i burn more calories...Today i decided to go walk with my mom for an hour but i didnt sweat as much as i do when i dance so i think i'll go back to dancing as my workout...lol...By the way, I give you ALOT of props for doing those workout videos because i tried one the other day and it KICKED MY BUTT!!!...lol...i had to stop and just continue dancing instead..lol...I think i'll do those when i get a little bit more into shape..lol
