that plus a lot of the time i am using my iphone to respond. oh well lol. I've tried to pass it off on the brain injury but most people that new me before the accident know better. At least they buy that as an excuse for my pointy head! lol
Ah one day of clean eating and tons of water and back to 228! Im shooting for 226 by the end of the week. I did get to take the new dog up to the lake for a run. It was about 75 degrees and beautiful sunday and today it's 29 and snowing lol. View attachment 9384

Owie. I just read your intro, and was not expecting to see that bike accident detail! I literally gasped out loud, and my husband said, "What, what??!" I had to read it to him, and he said "OUCH" too LOL. Thank God everything turned out OK.

thats what Im doing, and I do a 5day split chest/abs, back, biceps/triceps/forearms/abs,shoulders,legs/abs then i use the weekend to rest up for the next brutal ass week
Most of the time i do my first session of cardio before breakfast. I wait an hour after before i eat, I also do a second session of cardio about 3-4 times a week. I've noticed that if i overdo it with my cardio it really messes with my sleeping.
So-so worked most the weekend except sunday. I ate crappily. Had an okay day today started me couch 2 5k thing and dont feel too shabby lol Gunna do some wii fit free step too while i watch a movie. When do you weigh? Weekly or daily everyone is differant trying to get a scope on it
Well I do weigh my self everyday, more or less the same time and same sort of clothes on the wii fit but i dont go from that i go to a class once a week and go from that. I don't know if i fluctuate too much on a daily basis, thats my only worry. Lost anything in the last week??
yeah but a large portion was water weight. I started around 237 and weigh 224 right now. I'm aiming for a 2-3 pound per week goal. ANy luck with your weight loss?
Well i got 2 sessions of cardio in today plus a decent leg workout. I working legs but i know that building my legs will help burn more fat. One of my coworkers told me about a 5k run coming up soon so i plan on joining up for that. Should be fun!
I'm running my first 5K next weekend. Having the race looming over my head has definitely motivated me in the workout department. I would definitely recommend signing up (you know, if running is your thing). How long would you have to train? How much can you run now? What pace?
