Hi, I recently returned back to bodybuilding and kickboxing. I am 52 years old and live in Greece. Thought you might like to see some before and after pics as I say hello to you all.

Competing in my first bb show in 23 years in October in the Uk. Also stepping up the intensity of my kickboxing classes when I return. I spar with the Greek champion.

Looking forward to visiting often.

Thanks for the welcomes. Will be posting regularly on other threads. Training and cutting hard for a trained figure contest in October.
