So its like morning and i didnt get much sleep last night, but! there is good news people. Well..a plan for good news hehe.
Today is exercise dvd day..whoohoo...i will never know how to spell that word...
Right..
Moving on...
Except now i got nothing.
Hehe, ill post later with how my day went! :) motivation, joy and luck-filled hugs all around..no no..please..its my shout..:p

Ok pausing insanity for a second...
I just made a bell pepper stir fry with onion and mushrooms. Flavoured with curry, fennel, cayenne, veg stock and garlic. Soooo yummy. It was so yummy that i actually regretted only cooking for one meal.
:p I know myself so well...haha, i can beat myself at my own game:eek:
The only bad thing, was that i flavoured it with stock...and then i came on here to post about it and i read that boullion is bad, i though they were the same, but i never saw it as being bad, its a life saver for me in fact! :p I posted a question about it so i hope someone has some info.
Anyways, strangely even though i havnt had that much, it feels like ive been eating all day... damn...
Maybe ive been like day dream walking to the fridge? I doubt it...hopefully im just full from the veggies.
And this, everybody, is what a rambler sounds like hehe.

Pain to all things creamy and good...why can i not put down the spoon!!

And why did i all of a sudden feel the need to say there is no spoon..theres something wrong with my upstairs...i need a straight jacket..

I just ate a whole spoon of nut butter. Does that strike anyone else as odd? :p oopsies...dont worry...no need to panic..ive just ordered myself a new home gym.
Im not entirely sure what it is as yet..but hey..i feel fit for even thinking about it haha.
Just a thought...Whats an elliptical? :eek:
 
To the ticker moving I say, go ticker, go ticker, go. To the stir fry, I say mmmmmm sounds good, to the nut butter what the heck is that, doesnt sound very nice at all. New gym Whooo whooooo. Sounds good. I joined the gym recently, just joining made me feel fitter too. lol Unfortunantly when I go in there I tried this exercising caper, I realised not so fit after all, hey but I am getting there and so will you. Doing good keep it up.

*Laughs hysterically* Oh boy do i know how that feels!!! Its coming tomorow arvo i think or maybe the next day so im sooo excited i get to actually move my butt!
Nut butter is butter made from nuts, like peanut butter, or almond butter or ..yeah thats all i got...but u get the idea.
Its used as a healthy fat replacement for regular dairy butter.
However i tend to eat it by the teaspoon...ok tablespoon....alright alright...i eat it by the tubful :p but its sooooo creamy and yummy and...oh i want some now...

Hm...apparently weakness is a HUGE understatement :p
I think my calories sort of fell over the 2500 mark...and bumped into oh say the 10000000 mark:eek:
I was just so excited about my gym tomorow, so i thought id sort of..u know...wait til tomorow...BAD IDEA!!!:mad: :p oh well haha its not all bad...everything can be fixed.
Once i get the gym my workout routine is gonna change.
Soooooo tomorow...maybe i should start the rice diet...i really dont know...
Ok ill do normal diet for a week then start the rice diet. Yeah that sounds plausible.
I'm going to aim for 60mins running style(probably in 2 or 4 parts) and then 60mins on cycle on alternate days with the exercise dvds and weights. So its like Cardio, Cardio Weight, Cardio, Cardio Weight etc. Thats a lot probably, but i probably wont make that much, but thats my aim.
Im soooooooo excited. Well im trying to be excited, right now all i can think of is ooooooooooooh peanut butter...i think im going to puke....oh deary deary...when will i learn...:p :) Hope everyone else is doing better than i did today
 
:D I almost forgot! I bought a new outfit today, which is a few sizes to small...and i am determined to fit into it!!! New motivation!! Wish me luck :)

I bought jeans a size too small so i can work on fitting into them, and I also bought this pretty little white singlet top that I want to be my long term goal.

You know what Fattrapped?? I love peanut butter too, but i swear i hadn't even thought of the stuff for the last 3 months until i just read your journal! Weird.
Anyway.
I don't know if you're interested or not, but if you want to read a really good motivating book. Grab a copy of "Confessions of a Reformed Dieter" by AJ Rochester. About a month or two ago I hit a plateau and just felt depressed like i was starting all over again, and really considered throwing in the towel. So i read this book in about two days and ever since then, my motivation has been back stronger than ever. It's really funny, i think you'll like it 'cause you seem quite a little comedian yourself :p
Apart from that, keep up the good work, and remember the hardest part is starting.
You'll do fine matey!

Haha i totally understand that. I didnt think about peanut butter for years until one day i realised i need more healthy fats in my diet and cut out the others..and now i cant avoid it :p i hope i didnt spark up ur inner peanut butter love:(

About the book though, it does sound really interesint, shes the biggest loser host isnt she? I get all her articles from woman's day and new idea too. I might get that next time im down the street, thanks!

Sadly :( ive decided to forgo to the peanut butter obsession for the time being and its goodbye to mr naughty spoon and start the rice diet i said id do in a week. Time to pick up the measuring tape.:p

Breakfast : 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1 Dairy
Lunch : 3 Starch 3 Veg 1 Fruit
Dinner : 3 Starch 3 Veg 1 Fruit

Ah ha! I am not a failure people!! :p lol i pulled my butt outta that mud puddle after a while and so far today has been successful with a capital THIN hehe. :p im so weird...cough...anyway...
right so heres today so far
Breaky - Oats (accidently forgot to forget the milk..so um..today is diet -1 and tomorow will be the cleanse day) with soy
Snack - Apple (saved from breaky)
 
Day 2

Yesterday for lunch i had veggies and then fell asleep..so thats all for that day hehe :p

But thats not the important thing...the important thing is that its a new day, and a Sunday...which for a non religious person doesnt actually mean much when i think about it...but thats beside the point...
Right so..my point
Today has gone thus far:
Snack at like 5:00am when i woke up : Mandarin
Breaky at around 7:00am : 1 Slice Wholemeal Toast + 1/3 Wholemeal Wrap
600mls Flavoured water
I ran for 32.5mins with a bottle of water (i dont count water with exercise..should i?)
I was going to go up by 7.5mins with each run but i got to 2.5+ and i was zonked hehe. Better luck next time:p
I'm going to do an aerobic class later and maybe another run if i dont..u know..fall asleep again:rolleyes:
Ive noticed that i can stick to the foods with the rice diet really easy, but its the timing and specifics i get wrong. I guess ill just use that as a base plan and still use calories.
I only had around 300calories yesterday which wasnt very good, but i suppose i spent most of it inactively asleep.
Anyways, hope everyones good :D
 
Wow you are the exercise queen, keep it up!

I've been running for about 4 months now for 20 - 30 minutes a time 5 days a week and it still isn't getting any easier...

Good on you for being so motivated!:D
 
Thanks mumtotwo! I find the running soothing, so its not hard at all for me :) good to unwind with a good sweat hehe :p whats ur workout routine like?(treadmill, outside, only running or more?) i love exercise :) i think im addicted to the endorphin release hehe :p thanks for the post!
 
Guess what, im going away for a little while, to a weight loss camp!! im so excited, it was a prezzie from a friend i only found out about today so this is just a quick post to let everyone know im going away this time.

OOh lucky, that sounds great. I love to go somewhere to just focus on losing weight with out all the distractions from life. What a wonderful present. Wish you the best of luck. Well done on all the exercise, you are doing great.
