Im going crazy
No more unplannedness.
Tomorow im going to start the rice diet (cause today is kinda over)
Then when i loose some weight maybe ill try my original plan again.
So just to remind myself and anyone reading :
Day 1
Breakfast : 2 Fruits, 2 Starch
Lunch : 2 Fruits, 2 Starch
Dinner : 2 Fruits, 2 Starch
Day 2 - 7
Breakfast : 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1 Dairy
Lunch : 3 Starch 3 Veg 1 Fruit
Dinner : 3 Starch 3 Veg 1 Fruit
Day 8
Breakfast : 2 Fruits, 2 Starch
Lunch : 2 Fruits, 2 Starch
Dinner : 2 Fruits, 2 Starch
Day 9-13
Breakfast : 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1 Dairy
Lunch : 3 Starch 3 Veg 1 Fruit
Dinner : 3 Starch 3 Veg 1 Fruit
Day 14
Breakfast : 2 Starch, 1 Fruit
Lunch : 3 Starch, 3 Veg, 1 Fruit
Dinner :3 Starch, 3 Veg, 3 Protein
Is that right? I hope its right haha.
I have to find out some things though about food and stuff. Hopefully this is it kinda things haha cause nothing else seems to pull and lock me in. Ahhh the perfect world
