Sounds like you are doing great , I do good most of the time (now I said most of the time) on my food but totally suck on getting my exercise in like I need to always seems that something comes up. Just got throught with some cottage cheese and baked doritoes for a snack Just love them together . Its hard to put them diet cokes down aint it I to am trying to stop that habit but when you are not a big water drinker its hard ( I promise to try harder) So keep up the good work and have fun while you are doing it >

yea i know the feeling about the exercise, it used to be for me its like i plan it down to exactly what ill be doing and what ill be wearing when im doing it even...and somehow someone manages to tell me theres somewhere i have to be or something i need to do...or else by the time i do get the time im too tired....but now its heaps better :) cause im just learning to say to ppl...no right now is me time, you can go do that but i am staying right here and doing what I need to do :p lol every bit helps though so keep trying...even if u cant get a huge work out in
Ppl are always talking about cottage cheese on here as the best snack..but i cant eat it :( no fair...i miss out on all the good stuff lol
how much diet coke are u on a day? im trying for one...but i seem to always get in an extra one somewhere:eek: ...cough..no idea how :cool: lol anyhoo..

G'day! :) im a bit late posting than usual today, but i been getting ready to go out...but still..i made it and here we go!
I woke up at around 7:40am this morning i think..a bit of a sleep in from 5am lol but i needed that. My workout yesterday left me a little on the sore side hehe...but im so glad i did it i feel great!:D *dances*
So breaky again this morning was cereal with soy milk...i snuck in a cracker to :p naughty me hehe it needed some company, i think it was lonely..i was only helping it i swear :cool: lol
Im not sure when ill fit lunch in today...ill just stuff something like fruit or crackers before i go..i know thats probably not the best idea, since ur not supposed to eat fast...but theres no tiiiiime lol its only once:D forgiven?:eek: Anyways dinner im thinking some healthy asian noodles..theyre always yummy mm...wishing i could have them now...damn social life :mad: lol...okie doke...im outta here

Hope you had a great day just wanted to say keep up the great attitude if nothing else that will get you through anything. I can tell if you just set your mind to it you can and will (sucseed) whatever cant spell today haha! So keep it up and stay chipper!!!!
 
I cant believe how slack i was with posting yesterday!:( i didnt even do it in the night time..im not sure why, i guess i was just still totally pooped from my hard work :p
Hehe yeah im gonna suck that up for all its worth cause im so damn proud :cool: hehe
Ok so yesterday i ended having the noodles for dinner..and i got in 30minutes of skipping jump rope while watching TBL...awesome, although i did smother the nice noodles in some naughty sauce..but the skipping means all is forgiven right? hehe
So todaaaaaay hm..
Breaky was cereal with soy milk..guess what! No sugar today cause i finally got some sweetener yay!:p
For lunch ive got a yummy juicy mango sitting in the fridge and i cant wait to dig into mmm i love mangoes!!!:)
Today is shopping day, so i need to get some healthy snacks, some proteiny foods, more sweetener, and dancedance gave me a tip to get flavoured water so ill give that a go too oh and caff. free diet coke..just so i dont go cold turkey and have a beserko! :p hehe I do speak english occassionally i swear:rolleyes: lol
For dinner..hm i think ive have some asian noodles with some meat substitute sausages :) always delish!
Wish me luck for today! hehe im gonna try and get in some pilates and some dance, oh! i almost forgot, i did another ab workout this morning, ill be in that itty bitty bikini in no time :) Have fun u guys!
 
Ok why cant you do the cottage cheese thing I know some people just cant eat it. Me I have ate it every since I was a itty bitty thing yep I was at one time. I put creole seasoning in it and usually have baked chips or I will cut up a tomatoe in small pieces and put it in there, I havent tried the pineapples that I see at the stores mixed in it But to me that dont sound good at all . Now Diet Caffiene free Dr Pepper is my weakness But I like you only try to drink only one but................... But I havent bought no more for the house so I am fixing to go on withdrawels .I did get my exercise in on my gazelle 30 whole min Yippy . try and get me some weights in tonight and some abs to Ok TTYL have fun
 
I finally found your diary, I wrote to you in a post a while back. I was a little put back by what you had wrote on there cause you had wrote your weight in pounds. I just want to apologize if I said something mean or hurt your feelings. :eek: I don't know what the conversion for your weight in pounds? I am not sure. But keep up the great work!! You sound like you are h aving fun with it!:)
 
i cant eat cottage cheese cause i dont eat animal products sugarfoot :p vegoism is damning sometimes..but i got used to it :) lol
it sounds yummy though! (whats creole?) they do bring out a lot of animal free subsitutes for things, so ill have a look around :) they might have one!
oh d. caff free soda..dont get me started lol...i havnt had caffeine in like...24 hours and im eating like crazy its awful!!! i think ill start having major withdrawals from caffeine to...torture:confused: well done on the exercise though :) thats great! i hope u got in the weights as well :)

Unfortunatly i dont have fabulous news today...
yesterday i began really well! i did i did i did, i danced in my breaktime and had a mango for lunch, i had veggies and noodles for dinner but then bang! the lack of soda hit me like a bad hunger pain..it was terrible..i was like a food can or something lol
nah it wasnt really that bad...a few cookies, some lollies, some biscuits with marg., some low cal crackers, it could have been A LOT worse.
But still :( i wish id never taken up coke in the first place..so now im faced with an awful decision...do i stick with soda and risk sacrificing maximum weight loss, or risk losing all my hard work due to sever appetite increasing from lack of caffeine.. HELP!!!
To better news...:D i bought myself a u-beaut exercise tape yesterday arvo, equiped with all the goodness of a 500cal workout of aerobic activity...yay!:D so today im gonna kick some cookie butt and get my own back into gear lol wish me luck!

9:00 - Work
12:00 - Skipping
12:30 - Lunch
1:00 - Work
4:00 - Aerobics
5:30 - Dinner
6:00 - FUN STUFF:D :p
7:00 - Skipping
7:30 - MORE FUN STUFF!!! :D:D:D
lol hope all goes well today, cause i really need to make up for yesterday...only 4 days til weigh in! :eek: even though right now im not helping the situation...the biscuits needed me ok :p
 
Ok that explains it , I dont know if i could make it as a veggie I like my cottage cheese and chicken breast way to much But I guess thats the only 2 things that keep me from being one. well maybe the dressings that I put on my salads to. I need to get me one of the work out tapes I think I would like to get in to that tie bo or how ever you spell that but you get what I am talking about I hope. Do you eat a lot of them roman noodles do you find they have a lot os sodium in them my kids love them .Have you ever tried switching to the decaff cokes or maybe mix it up a little till you get use to no caffiene I honestly dont miss the caff any more I think its just more the ideal of just having a coke But as of today I have had -0- proud of me I am proud of me LOL Hope you had a good one !
 
:cool: Ok guys im back...i had a bad few days to be honest...and it all started with a cookie...evil cookie. See what happened was i weight my self and (im hoping!) cause of dear aunt flow i went up to 110 kilos!!! :eek: so then i just got sooooo upset that all my hard work was wasted (stupid i know!)
But now im ready!
Im going cold turkey on diet coke btw, its probably dumb but im not allowing myself that thought.
Anyways so for breaky today i had cerel w soy milk, and for lunch im going to have some vermicelli and for dinner i think ill have soup :)
Anyhoo wish me luck this time...i can do it!!!:D

:) Dont fret everyone has bad days so do not be to hard on your self. Just jump back on the wagon and hold on for dear life you have the best attitude I have seen in a long time. So I know you will do fine you just have to set your mind to it and dont get in a rut if you have a few bad days everything is reversable:eek: of that you can count on.:) Keep it up!!!;)

Breaky - Cereal with soy milk
Lunch - Noodles with veggies
Dinner - Rice with veggies
Snacks - a Peach
