Ok well ill do what the other thread told me and answer some q's n stuff...

-- How much weight do you want to lose?
Well right now i am 105:( and i would like to be around 80 or 85..so i guess about 20 for now :)

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
I dont have long to reach my goalweight as i have to start my life back again soon, were talking like a matter of weeks here, but basically ill just say ASAP:confused:

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
I will try anything once, and ive totally already pretty much tried EVERYTHING:rolleyes: from both ends of the scales...hehe no pun intended...
um..basically right now im counting calories, exercising, avoiding evil naughty delicious foods and stuff hehe :eek:

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
Hm...well i guess im not sure...ive never had support with any of my weight issues before, so nothing is expected :) but i sure would like some ppl to chat too that wont bite my head off if i mention exercise

Absolutly Cacking myself! hehe

Howdy doo again, today, (well yesterday technically because now its like in the AM) my diet was terrible...i didnt go over my calorie limit but what i ate was awful! I have no will power:( hehe i went to the gym for the whole day except my problem was that i went, did about 30mins on a bike and then fell asleep in my car...lmao yes...that is my fitness regime :eek: So tomorrow/today im going to start a new diet, if anyones heard of the negative calorie theory and stuff...well i dont honestly believe that any calorie is excused by eating it...but the fact that ur only eating fruits and veg mostly helps the jeans feel a little loser :p so i shall do that. i felt exceptionally guilt ridden today because i was still under my calorie limit by about 8:30 so i decided to "treat" myself with a snack to fill up...but when i went to get something to eat i got ABUSED!!!:mad: see this stupid imbecile that i live with thinks that food is evil and i am a fat disgusting freak...ok so he may be right but he has NO right to dictate my diet to me...argh very frustrating. Well he can be the one to suffer when im doing bikini commercial and working alongside Elle Machperson on the catwalk:rolleyes: mhm mhm :p lol cough...a girl can dream...:cool: i woke up this morning and i was greeted with a nice surprise though, my ticker was set to pounds instead of kilos so for one day...one blissful day...i was THIN:cool: lol hence the title..oh well anyways wish moi luck for today :)
 
Eeeep!!!

Ok im noooo good at this dieting thing anymore :'(
Breakfast = Veggies and peaches (interesting combo i know :eek: )
Lunch = Corn
Second lunch = Chips with 1/2 bread roll
Dinner = Noodles
Snack = 2 Mangoes and 3 rice cakes

Water = 2200mls

So i did good with the water, terrible with the food. Im thinking i need to eliminate that second lunch :eek: lol what makes it even worse was that i slept afterwards :eek: im eviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiil but im doing better :) i havnt had any caffeine for three days, so i expect thats the reason for my eating habits..well im hoping :D so time to push on to tomorrow!!!
Oh i also did a run through of a weight training tape, so i suppose i can almost forgive my calorie intake for today if i do an hour or so of other exercise or something. right now im going to be lazy and watch tv hehe

I read your diary a little earlier. I saw 105 and thought pounds, so then I thought what does she need to lose weight for?! :D Then I read your thread in the newbie section and realized that the weight is supposed to be in kgs, not pounds. :eek:

It is very hard when you first start eating differently. You just have to figure out how determined you are to lose the weight. If it is something you really want, you just have to stick with it. The first couple of weeks are the hardest, but then it does get easier.

Bad Day!!!

Thanx for the advice Hypo Hippo :) i know that once i really get motivated everything will be ok, but i just..i dont know i get bored and so i eat :p today was the worst...i didnt even bother with a diet plan...my calories are of the mark..i think about 2000 - 2500 or something..its awful...and i didnt get any exercise. I know why im getting hungry and eating and everything, its because i gave up caffeine and so my appetite is working over time. I finally gave in and had some diet coke because i was so sick of eating but now im like damn..im gonna die...:p why cant they bring out coke that doesnt kill u :mad: i love water, but i love diet coke because it kills ur appetite...and no appetite means easy dieting. I also need to give up the thought in my head that it doesnt matter what food u eat as long as its under ur calorie limit...i need to give up the processed crap and start fuelling my body instead of killing it. Plus it makes me feel terrible when everyone on here has there tickers moving towards their end goal and mine seems to looooooooove going backwards. I have a menu plan and everything i just cant seem to stick to it. I just think..one more wont kill me :p wont be saying that when i cant make it up the hill...
anyways tomorrow im starting a new diet, no junk food what so ever! low fat too..cause ewky flubber everywhere :( also i was wondering...what exactly is too much information on here cause i have an issue i want to talk about but im not sure whats too much or what the restrictions are...ill post a thread in the off topic i guess...anyways bye for now!

Ok so after my last post i was oh so terrible and naughty and now i must pay for my terrible actions...ah the shame...
Ok heres the plan
Breakfast = Cereal w/soy milk
Lunch = A piece of fruit/Salad/Noodles
Dinner = Veggies/Vermicelli/Salad/Veggie Meat
Snack = Celery, Mushies, Carrots
Drinks = 600mls Cordial, 250mls Diet Coke, 2 Litres Water
Exercise = At lease one hour every day

Ok i think thats it...who wants to be my personal trainer! lol...i wish i had one :p anyways hopefully this one will work :) i have faith in myself

Another Beautiful Day :)

G'day! Today is going excellently my friends and i am feeling great :D i didnt actually get any sleep last night, but thats due to some severe jetlag, so its excusable ill probably have a nap later in the arvo..is napping bad? :confused: cause its so gooood
Ok so for breaky i had a bowl of cereal with soy again, my sweetener was gunky so i had to use the sugar to make the soy milk taste um...drinkable :p lol that not an excuse either..cause normally i hate sugar, my poor tummy just cant handle it but it wasnt that much so i cant burn it off later. For lunch i had some frozen veggies with sauce (we didnt have any fruit :mad: ) and for my dinner, im not sure yet...we dont have much...but i think ill have salad...sort of like a trade of for lunch lol im being very careful with coke to, ive only had one glass:D im so proud...finally a good day!!!:cool: all in all ive lost about a pound since ive been losing, which is nothing, but im going to weigh myself in a week so im in line with the under 21s group and go from there :) so ill aim for 2-3 pounds by sunday

just wanted to say hi and don't be so hard on yourself!! You're doing great....and you need to remember to set realistic goals - try one per day...I'm totally impatient when it comes to weight loss but I find it's easier if you try to stay calm and patient and determined. It is easy to slip back with negative internal dialogue. The "abuse" you are suffering can't be helping - why is this person so hard on you???

Thats a really good idea about setting a goal, lose 3 pounds in one day! lol joking. Im not really sure what kinda goals u mean though :confused: but it sounds good :)
I think the reason why the person is hard on me is because im a bit of an inconvenience.. alittle while ago i got really sick and nobody appreciated me that much anymore lol, i was just a BIG burden, so now i guess theyre just holding a grudge on me and hitting me where it hurts (my weight) all the time. Its really hard sometimes, but im trying to ignore them. :(
 
Today is....Monday...

Morning Starshines!!!:)

Its monday today and its early! Its like 6am...i was going to get up and go for a run this morning but its dark...i thought it was light but it was dark. So that was at 5am, i had breaky instead...cereal with soy milk again mmm yummy, i also snuck in some rice cakes...:eek: naughty?
Anyway, so yesterday was really great :) im giving myself a big pat on the back cause i did great! finally lol, i ended up having salad for dinner like i said so yay :) AND...drum roll please...i got in some boxing, so my arms are oh so sexy right now...cough..ok..well...maybe not yet...But im getting there! :D Already with breaky n my naughty snacking my calorie limit is a little over the norm for just after breakky, so i cant exactly have a scrumptious lunch n dinner but veggies and salad or something will go nicely....i wish i had some veggie meat:( hunngrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry
I have a few things to do today, but i want to try and squeeze in some dance or something, maybe a run....just to get the ball rolling a little further.
Ill let ya know how i go :) wish me luck!

Ok i'm not much for giving advice but im going to try. I think you need to try what i did k hear me out I tryed the whole counting thing(no good) then i tryed restrictive eating that so was not good. So where am I now???? Well I just started using a smaller plate yep thats it 3 meals on small and 3 snacks through the day make them fruit or veggies. And I hate the soy milks so I drink skim milk and I love it. For breakfast I eat cereal special k is a good one
for lunch no better thing than a peta bread sandwitch can't fill it too much so it the perfect thing. supper is easy too eat what you want as long as its not fried and use the small plate this way I dont feel I have deprived myself of anything and I am still loosing but keep in mind I work out in my gym for 1 hour every week night and dont snack after 8:00 pm hope I can help some

I love the idea of using the small plate! that makes so much sense! As for the counting, ive heard thats its bad and good at the same time, i think im gonna keep trying it, to see where i go...im pretty confident it will work :) im not restricting too much and allowing mylsef a little leniency every now and then. When im good i do stick to three meals and some snacks :)... but when im bad im..cough..lets not go there lol unfortunatly im lactose intolerant so i cant have skim milk, i have to have soy, its not that bad when u get used to it :D i love special k and pita bread lol i used to have them all the time...now uve mentioned it i think ill pick some up from the supermarket...what workouts do u do in the gym?

LOL I just love your diary u sound so upbeat and it looks like you are doing pretty good with your diet ,It is hard to stick to one I know I love all them naughty foods too.When I started reading your diary I to thought you was saying that you weighed 105 lbs and wanted to losedown to 85 lbs . Keep up the good work .

Heya forum world! Today has been FABULAAAAASSS!!!
Hehe...ok so...
Breakfast = Cereal w/soy milk
Snacks = Rice Cakes
Lunch = Veggies w/1 slice of bread
Snack = Rice Crackers (not many!!!:p ) and celery
Dinner = Veggies
Drinks = 2 Cans of coke (ooooh the shame...:eek:), 1400mls of water(so far..nobody panic..i got the extra 600mls in front of me now :cool: )

Exercise = 45mins of skipping jump rope :cool: oh yeeeeeeeeeeeah!:p :D

All in all...i am SO proud right now hehe i cant wait for weigh in on Sunday...now i just gotta make it through the next few hours until tomorrow begins. :)
 
When im in the gym I do 30 mins on my bike at level 7 and then 30 mins of strength training I know that sounds like a lot but the time goes by fast we watch our fave shows or listen to great music. Plus my hubby works out with me. We got our kids in to it to. so now it is tons of fun...most times
For my strenth stuff you dont want to use weights that are to heavy and do lots of reps. like 3 sets of 25 reps. I hate leg lifts but they are great if you want tonned legs and but. So there thats all I can tell you its working for me I have just lost 5 more pounds so I think the platoe is over(I hope).I also have an alternative motive to lose the weight I want to get married this summer and I want to be a beautyfull bride!!
 
Wow, thats a really good workout :) Thats so sweet that you can do it with your family too. I try not to do a lot of weight lifting, because im sooo afraid of getting that bulked up look instead of looking slimmer and smaller...im frightened ill look the feminie look...i do do a little bit though to try to get myself toned. Congrats on another 5 btw :cool: and on getting married! Im sure ull make a beautiful bride! :) Thanx for the post!

Well today has started wonderfully well, i woke up at 5:30am and am currently strutting my tight toned tummy all over the shop!
Ok...so its not toned...or tight quite yet:eek: lol but it will be:D
My meaningless dribble actually has a point lol...in english that all meant "I woke up and did a tummy tightening tape this morning" so GO ME! *dances*
So heres the plan for my tuesday :)
Breakfast = I had dEEElicious bowl of cereal with soy milk
Im going out after lunch with my boyfriend so i wanna have something light:eek:
And lastly for dinner ive got another plate of veggies in my fridge mmmm i never get sick of those veggies:cool:
Snacks = Rice cakes, celery
Cant wait for shopping day tomorrow!!!...dont worry..i wont be naughty:rolleyes: hehe joking...i just want to get some yummier healthy snacks like mushrooms...
Im gonna have the willpower to only have 1 can of diet coke today (or less..dunno if im that strong lol:eek: ) and for exercise..hm...im not sure if ill have time but ill probably walk around with my bf so its all good..tight tummy + tight toush = :D I hope everyones having as much fun as i am!

Heya world!
Today was good..not perfect...but compeltely ok by me :)
Turns out i had lunch a little early cause i was going out so i had veggies, some rice cakes..and some diet coke (just a can though :p )
I went out and had the beeeeeeeest time...hes so yummy :cool: nuff said;)
Didnt manage to walk anywhere though so bummer but oh!
I just remembered...i did get the best workout ever in!
Ok so before i went out i did skipping jump rope for 15mins, boxing 15mins and then an hour of yoga :) so im pretty proud of my efforts:D
So then for dinner i had veggies and i treated myself to some boiled potato with low fat margarine and garlic bread (not much though only like 200calories worth) which i deserved after my workout :) lol
so anyways....i did pretty good ...im happy.
i did have 2 cans of coke though..so oopsies..so much for only one :p lol ill try a bit less tomorrow...well im off for now :) cyas later!
