Hey Mega, I think trying to calculate your calories would be helpful, I took a stab at it for the one day you posted your food:
Breakfast:
454g cereal w/ milk 1,707
Snack 1:
28g raisins 84
Snack 2:
78g Donut holes(!) 351
Dinner:
312g BBQ pork sandwich 300
bread & butter 168
beer 150
total calories 2,760
That's not too bad for someone of your age and weight, it might lead to slow weight loss or you might not. Any loss would be very slow. However my estimates are based on a lot of assumptions, you could do much better, and you should repeat my calculations. I could be way off. Counting calories for a while will really help you understand what you are consuming and can teach you to choose lower calorie foods in a way the grams can't. For example 1 gram of apple has about 0.5 calories, 1 gram of donut holes 4.5 calories, lettuce has only about 0.15 calories per gram. I think you are doing the harder part by weighing your food, once you have the weight of something finding the calories per gram or 100 grams is easy.
