Goal: 1200g / 12oz / 25 min walk​
Food: 1075g​
Drink: 19oz​
Walk: 15 mins​
 
@MegaDeuce you post your goals. Is it a good motivation for you? Do you do everything you posted here? :)
I think it is a good idea, but I'm wondering if it works for you in 100%

@FoodC Yes it is good motivation posting the goal each day, and especially in the beginning it helped me fine-tune my numbers. I don't have a standing goal except to reach my target weight, so technically these could be different targets each day! As you can see I don't always make the goals but I do try.

Kinda hovering at 242! Not complaining but at the same time not trying to get stuck here :)
 
Around Christmas time hovering is pretty good work. I'm sure you'll see that number go down after the holidays!

Exercise: 5 mins walk​
Can't seem to hit that 25 min walking goal, hate to say it but it might be too ambitious. Going to set it down low tomorrow to help myself get back on track...

Here's the breakdown for today:
Breakfast: 454g cereal w/ milk​
Snack 1: 28g raisins​
Snack 2: 78g Donut holes(!)​
Dinner: 312g BBQ pork sandwich w/ bread & butter​
Caloric Drink: 12oz beer​

While there's no routine diet, this is pretty typical. The exception is that I usually don't skip lunch and don't drink beer. The "caloric drinks" are non-diet sodas or milk.
