Weight: 242 lbs / 110 kg
Goal: 1200g food / 12 oz caloric drink / 20 mins walking
Did go down by another pound, but I'm going to be careful not to get over-excited and project "Oh it's 3 lbs a week from now on". From experience I know that when first starting a diet you can lose the first few pounds very quickly. To be on target I just need to be 243.5 by next Monday
