Cohen's Lifestyle Mee Two Too

Prefix for Cohen's Lifestyle
Hope you're feeling better soon Niyah. I got really sick after I'd done Cohens for awhile the 1st time, and I think it was more toxins coming out. Well that's what people convinced me, and it helped me cope and stick with it when it would have been easy to stop. It was as if there were things which had built up over a lifetime, that hadn't left my body yet. I had the cough and everything that went with it. When I got over it, I had energy like I'd never had before. So I hope that's the case with you.

Thank you everyone - I'm not too bad - husband has it much worse than me at the moment, which is unusual. However, have a few cranky pre-TOM days coming up, and then TOM. But I am determined this week to pull myself back into line after wedding and all the visitors. Have been running flat out at work trying to catch up, worked a lot of the weekend too. And - as I said to Jim in his diary - am just going to think about the 24 hours I am in TODAY and try and keep on top of those, without worrying about the cranky days coming!

Daughter's birthday today - don't know what they have planned and didn't get to see her before work. Might pop home in a while and check things out.

Hiya Niyha

sorry to hear your not feeling well. You've been such a busy person of late that your immune system is probably a bit low and top that with tom.....not a nice combination.

Anyway just wanted to wish you all the best and I hope you daughter had a wonderful Birthday.

Sam:)

I think she did - I ended up babysitting and they got home late, so not too sure what they ended up doing. At least she got a night out without the kids! Little GS was quite sick with a fluey thing, but never mind.

Having a not good week - but know I'm just stressed because of production coming up. Have a huge lot of work to do in next 10 days.

I'll get back on here when I have something more sensible to say, but haven't at the moment!

Just popping in to say hi, hang in there. Don't give yourself a hard time (read what you said in Cates diary) hugggggs <3

Hi Niyah

Goodluck for tomorrows start as well. We've just got to make it through the day and hopefully after that it will be easy sailing.....Lol.

I hope your feeling better as well.

Sam:)

Had a surprise visit to my OS's place last night. They were back from their honeymoon and invited both sets of parents around for us to have tea and look at their honeymoon pix. Very nice, as it was SOOooooo unexpected! Maybe sons do improve when they fly the nest! I laughed as I saw him rushing to do dishes in the sink - wished I had a camera there!

It was a nice end to a weekend that didn't start well, as I'd fallen into a very, very deep hole on the Friday night and ended up upsetting my husband, who continued in a deep hole for the whole weekend. Oh boy! This always happens - one goes down and the other ends up going further when trying to dig the first one out.

I'm working hard to get over myself and stop being so negative. I know it was all EOM stuff, plus a few trials and tribulations of the moment, hard work etc, but I can't afford to do this right now!

Husband has been extremely unwell, having just had a nasty flu for a week, and still coughing and wheezing.

I am in a much better place mentally today - just have to translate that into good management of today's 24 hours. I have a very, very busy week coming up, followed by staging of production, so won't be around much, but will be reading everyone's notes and cheering everyone on.

Wow, must have been something in the atmospere this weekend. A number of us had a truly crappy one. Though it does sound like you had a good night last at your OS's.

Tome is a pain in the butt, and other places ;). At least we can identify that't the cause. Glad you're head is back in a good place. Mine is too. Hope you have a great day. x

Hi Niyah. I think this week-end was a very mixed bag for both of us. I love your happiness/joy comparisons. You are so very right. No-one can touch our joy Niyah. I'm glad that you had a lovely night with your OS & his "outlaws." At least there was some sort of balance to our w/e's! You have to laugh don't you? Hope you & your LH have both healed mentally & physically xo Cate

My day was totally poop today. It was little GS's first birthday, and we were supposed to go for tea, so went out this morning inbetween banking and so on to look for a present or two. Out for a LONG time, then no sooner back at school but had to accompany a sick child to hospital by ambulance and stay there all afternoon. Late for party, bolted down whatever was there for tea (and definite NOT diet food) before having to come back to do the day's work - like - payroll which had been forgotten.

Oh well, it happens.

A week and a half of insanity left and then I HOPE I get a break for a couple of weeks.

I hope your merry-go-round slows down a bit soon as I'm getting dizzy just reading about it! You do the best you can under the circumstances, & under the circumstances you find yourself in Niyah,on a regular basis, I think you do extremely well!! Try to take some time for yourself at the week-end please!xoxo Cate

My husband has succeeded in infesting me with 10,000 of his germs. I woke in the middle of the night with a raging sore throat, and the rest has been developing today. I DEFINITELY DON'T NEED THIS NOW!!! Never mind, I'm feeling OK, just sound disgusting and blowing my nose all over the place. I think the Mexicans should take swine flu back now - we've all had ENOUGH!!!

Dang, sick as a dog. Very sore chest. Very, very nasty. I got something almost the same this time last year, and spent Term 3 holidays sick in Qld. Looks like more of the same ahead (except NOT in Qld this time unfortunately...).

Yuk. One eye started streaming pus this afternoon, just before our final performance of our production. I spent the night in the theatre with only one good eye trying to supervise from the wings in semi-darkness. Never mind, it all happened, and I'm definitely having TODAY off work. Hardly slept a wink overnight - too keyed up after big night, and with an eye glued shut, hurting and feeling very strange and weeping, sleep's not easy to come by. I'll have to find an emergency doctor today - fraid I can't give my local clinic several days' notice on this one!!!!! I have Bleph-10 from a chemist, but definitely need antibiotics on this one. The worst conjunctivitis I've ever had - or even seen.

Thanks for calling in, Sam & Cate!

Only one day off work????
Surely you should take some more time off Niyah! You need to stay away from little gremlins for a while (as well as bugs) & rest. Conjunctivitis is bad enough, but an infection as well! You well & truly have my sympathy. Look after yourself my friend, xo Cate

Well, starting with one because I have enough other people doing things today. Will see what happens. Still have a car full of stuff to get back to school sometime, however will help if I'm nowhere near the usual rigmarole of the day.

Eye is blowing up like a puffball - my eyelid is so swollen and so is all the area underneath it. I'll just go down to the local doctor at their opening time and see if they will squeeze me in. If not, not sure where next - guess the long wait at the local ED.

I actually got in to doctor! Decided to go physically down there early and hang my infected eye over them. That did the trick.

Have some antibiotics now for chest and eye, plus some drops, so hopefully in a couple of days will feel like a new person.
