I've been away for just a little over a week and haven't really had internet access.
I'm glad to report that I have managed to stay sensible and resist the temptation of all the treats that have been offered before me ... well, mostly
Anyhow, having weighed myself today I now weigh
180.4 lbs, meaning I have lost
4.4 lbs since Monday of last week - which is not bad at all.
I have decided to extend my goal and have moved my target from
170 lbs to
165 lbs which I have every confidence I will reach.
This whole dieting business is getting easier by the week and I am being tempted by things less and less. I think my approach now is best described by
sensible eating. Starting is always the hardest part, at least thats what I personally find, but now I'm on the right track things are going smoothly.
And yes, I do feel much better. Not only do I feel better, but I look better, have more energy and sleep better. That and my digestion seems to be functioning properly, rather than feeling bloated for ages.
