MC001's Diet Diary

I am very disappointed with myself as for lunch I went out with colleagues and ate plenty of curry. I guess it could have been worse, but I still feel bloated. Well, that's my treat meal for this week gone now!

I won't be having anything else today besides my the veg snacks I've got in the fridge.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far!!
Do you know how many calories you're getting every day?

I'm guessing that each day I will be consuming approx between 1400 - 1800 calories.

1800 is definitely the maximum, although I have no doubt gone well beyond that today!
 
For a treat meal that doesn't look extreme. For sure you are still basically on track and heading where you should be! :)
 
Dont be to hard on yourself re the curry.
I go out to curry every other week and ive still managed to loose over 100lb in 7 months.

I often eat half, enough to satisfy my hunger and cravings then take the other half home and eat it for lunch the next day.

The weekend has been good so far.

In fact, I weighed myself this morning and was very suprised to find I weigh 185.2 lbs - that means since Monday I've lost 3.1 lbs which I'm quite amazed by.

I double checked just to make sure and I weighed the same each time. I'll weigh myself again Monday so that I have a weekly weight loss figure as usual.

As you can see from my records I'm not exactly starving myself, so the change in my diet with the added physical activity is really having results.

I should point out I do 3 sessions of cardio for an hour each time, plus 2 sessions of weights for approx 45 minutes per week.

Because everything is going so well I decided to treat myself to a Pizza ;)

Nearly half way there! I can't believe I've achieved this much in the space of three weeks.
