Today's weight: 183.2
Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Doughnut Holes.
Snack: 1 King Size Snickers Bar, 1 Kind Bar, 1 Pack of Nekot Cookies.
Lunch/Dinner: 1 Garden Salad w/ Ranch Dressing, 3 Slices of Pepperoni Pizza, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper.
Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.
Estimated Calories: 3700
I screwed up today and ate pizza and other junk foods. Even though it was a cheat day I wanted to try to to eat anything too bad. At least I had a salad.
