Today's Weight: 273.6

Breakfast: 2 Bagels, 6 Strips of Bacon, 3 Scrambled Eggs, 2 sides of Hash Browns, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Shrimp Salad, 1 Bowl of Soup.

Snack: 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie, 1 Reece's Pieces Pack.

Dinner: 1 Lean Cuisine TV Dinner (Chicken Alfredo), 2 Pieces of Toast.

Miscellaneous: 30 oz. of Water, 1 20 oz. Ginger Ale.

Estimated Calories: 3150

Exercise: 1 Hour, 3 Miles of Walking.

I ate a little too much. I heard back from the sleep Dr. and they told me I have severe sleep apnea, they said there was about 30 instances where my O2 levels dropped, so I have to do another study where I have to be fitted with a CPAP mask.

Miscellaneous: 30 oz. of Water

Exercise: 1 Hour, 3 Miles of Walking.

Lunch: 2 Sliders, 1 side of Fries, 1 Can of Sprite.

Snack: 1 slice of Carrot Cake.

Dinner: Baked Spaghetti.

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Chery Coke.

Estimated Calories: 3250

Exercise: 1 Hour, 3 Miles of Walking.

Miscellaneous: 2 24 oz. Dr. Pepper's, 1 16 oz. Pepsi.

Estimated Calories: 3950

Exercise: 1 Hour, 4Miles of Walking.
