Happy Friday all !
Free - glad U took your Choices t-shirt - ( now U just gotta remember to wear the darn thing & make sure some of the choices U make R healthy ones Dude ...lol.)
Calories today - pretty good - including the subway sub at lunch & a lite beer now ( after work-friday nite beer at home- a nice treat...)- daily total will be 1,523cals ( my budget today is 1,500- so am ok ).
Exercise today - the 1hr walk at noon ( I was so full of spit-vinegar after learing about that patient)....I WILL do this !
& tonite - out to do some fall-time yard work ( more gutter cleaning out , pruning shrubs etc.)-before the weather turns cold...
Weigh in today - scale a wee-bit lower - but not a full-pound - so I am calling a neutral-week ( no loss, no gain ).- but definately feeling more energy ( physical & mental) - definately Feels good to be doing healthy changes for myself.
