Well here I am, I'm finally starting my journal but I'm not sure what I should say. I'm a wife to a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I want to lose about 30 pounds and gain a healthier me. I also want to be a good example to my family. My weaknesses...snacking and portion control. Someday I will overcome both...hopefully sooner than later. Lucky for me, I'm the cook of the house so the fam has to eat what I make them...oh what a terrible shame, He, He.
Today wasn't too bad, but it wasn't too good either. Weekends are always harder for me since we usually eat out after church. Once I get in the groove things should be easier, or so I tell myself.
