Well Saturday was everything I expected it to be....crazy. I was active all day getting everything done, but at the same time I didn't eat that great. At this point I'll consider it a wash...I didn't lose but I didn't gain either. Today went great- I ate a lot better and I even took the kids to the park and walked 3.5 miles- things are looking up 
My goal is to start tracking my calories again. I have slacked off lately. When I was doing this and writing it down here, I was more accountable for my eating behavior. Since I have slacked off, I have not had much success in losing.
Today I had the following
oatmeal w/milk, brown surgar, light butter and dried cranberries 400
coffee- 30
sausage- 100
egg w/bread and light butter 320
snack 2 hard boiled eggs 140
some baked lays 100
1 pickel slice 30
croutons 50
chicken 350
parsnips, 250
total 1720
