WoW!!! You are so Inspiring!! You are gorgeous!!! ...:D!!! Congrats !!! I love that you never get bored of your eating lifestyle!! You go girl!!!! I can't wait to look fit like you!!...Nice guns by the way!! ;)!

thanks you guys. its awesome to know that i could change someone's goals.
i guess my motivation was always 'results, results, results'.
as soon as i saw a result, that would be all the motivation i needed.
as an update. i'm on a stationary bike a lot at the moment. simply because its so damned convenient!! i get up at 5am, do half an hour on the bike. then 10 minutes of abs exercises. then the same at night. if i have time to hit the gym, its half an hour on the elliptical or 20 on the elliptical, 15 running and then always my 10min abs.

but i really need to get back into my running as i recently quit smoking (woohoo 5 weeks smoke free) and went for a run a week ago and it was GREAT. not even a hint of a stitch. so exciting to think of the prospects now.

as an update. some underwear shots. proof, ur tummy will go!! my upper thighs aren't but i'm not fazed. but my legs are getting rather muscly from the bike, but not fazed either. i think i've put on about 2-3 kgs in muscle though. but i've not looked on the scales more than once in the last month i swear. so happy with my happy medium!! (oh and ignore my bellybutton took out my ring cos it was infected. ew).

oh and happy easter all!

Well done such amazing results! Your so beautiful both before and after your weight loss, so its no surprise your a stunnernow! And your belly looks amazing!
And congrats on your non smoking!

I really didn't know if this was inapproriate or not, so delete if it is.
I was wondering about breasts, i'm a hefty girl and my breasts are already quite saggy even though i've lost no weight and have always been big.
Is there any specific exercises that i could do to sort of tone them up like you would with your belly?
Do you know what I mean, to tone your belly you can do situps i was wondering if there was anything to help the appearance of my breasts, I've been doing press ups, so anything else would be amazingly helpful....

And a massive thankyou to you qualitycoffee this thread has been a huge inspiration, its always a boost when you see how well people have done!
(Holy **** this was a long post sorry!)

OMG!! You are totally my inspiration! I'm currently 210 (but can range up to 210-215) and my height is 5'6 too! I want to be 130-135 lbs. I hope I can look as good as you! But I know it wont be easy to loss weight but I'll try to stick on my diet and stop eating junk foods! Once again thanks for being such a inspiration for all of us!

Holy smokes! where has this thread been hiding! I haven't seen it before. I'm so glad that I came across it. You look fantastic! I don't even know you,but I am proud of you. lol You just look so great. Way to go. Way to be! : D

Hi,

This is just absolutely amazing progress!! My wife and I have been looking through this site for a few weeks now and always end up back here. You must be so proud of what you have achieved - has it changed your life much and if so how?

whats your diet like? do you eat many CHO (carbs)? would you be able to tell us what a week of your diet is like? My wife noticed you had weight watcher meals at the start - did they work?

After having our little boy she weighs around 172lb and wants to get down to around 110 - 115lb (5ft tall).

I cant tell you how inspiring your pics are - absolutely fabulous with a great smile.

O right and I'm looking forward to England retaining the ashes in your back yard later this year:)

OMG - yes where the heck has this thread been hiding!!

You look fantastic and wow ----> speechless.

Congrats on your weight loss and keeping up the good work.

Now that you've lost the weight, how is your maintenance? Do you go up a few pounds then back down a few or has it been steady? What amount of calories are you eating now?

WOW!!! A serious congrats on how far you've come and in such a short space of time!

Hope your maintenance goes well and thank you for all your tips throughout the thread. I'm definitely taking them on board!

O right and I'm looking forward to England retaining the ashes in your back yard later this year:)

No chance!! Go AUSSIES!!!

hannah.

thanks so much guys - and i hate it when i see inspirational threads and the ops disappear!! so i definitely haven't disappeared, i guess work is so busy these days and not having the net at home. but so many times i've wanted to update you guys. ok so phew, this is kinda hard, but at the moment i'm at 63 kilos. arghhhhhh sounds scary, but it would appear its the healthy weight that my body 'wants'.
essentially i guess i was going a bit hungry, started overeating a lot. slowly getting it under control. at the moment i still do my exercise (thank god for exercise bikes eh) so i do 8 and a half hours a week, 600 calories per hour. i ride til i pass out - intermittently running outside if weather permits. sure, running is great, but crikey its tough on the knees right.

so at the moment my daily intake is probably round about 1700 still. i eat a LOT of brocolli, cauliflower, beetroot, beans and stuff. occasionally for a treat i'll have cereal. and my diet jello, diet yoghurt and fruit is still there wit bananas and peaches and apples.

my snacks are also 3 bags of snow peas/sugar snap peas a day.

i guess exercise sort of was taking over my life a bit, i do an hour each morning (get up just before 5am - now that i'm used to it i can't go with out it) and then a half hour 3 nights week. on the weekends i usually do the hour late arvo or sunday night. um. there was a question in regards to chest size haha?? yes i was a 16D (aus). i'm now a 10A. very strange stuff...

i had a lot of trouble with water retention for a while there though. not sure of that...
and weirdly enough. if i have a big binge one night (hate to talk in reference seemingly to eating disorder - but yes, that much restricting for that long has led to a bit of that - you can only go so long without eating bread!!), the next morning i'll weigh less. i literally threw out the scales for a while there. because as soon as i got an exercise bike and my legs started to bulk up a bit - i certainly put on weight.

the weight watchers meals certainly worked for me initially (but they've got nothing taste wise on lean cuisines!!!). i find weight watchers range sucked to be honest. i joined - the support was nothing. the meals had no variety - and looking at stuff occasionally on the shelves, there are heaps of items that you can find that have lower calorie amounts in other brands ie cereals etc.

if i get hungry i try not to be too hard on myself these days - i always carry 4 apples, 4 pears, 3 bananas to work etc.

so yeh, essentially i've put on 10 kilograms. and for a while that was hard. it felt like my hard work was for nothing. but. i won't think of it like that.

some photos of me currently.

Hey

dont beat yourself up about going to 139lb as many people (me included) thought you definately looked your best at around 139lb anyway. (I would have said so in my other post but I noticed you bit peoples heads off for thinking that:smash: Also we dont get Lean cuisine over here in the UK (fetching useless country - I dont know why we dont!)

PS - I noticed the Aussies got off to a good start in the world cup:smilielol5:

Hi,

I joined this site specifically to get in contact with you. I saw this thread a couple months ago when searching about weight loss, and your progression has absolutely stunned me! You are one of those girls who is pretty at any weight, and now you have lost so much weight, you look amazing. Seriously, well done girl!

I'm 21 years old and have struggled with my weight and body image and food issues all my life. I was wondering if maybe sometime we could talk through emails? You are a huge inspiration to me.

hahaaaaaaaa u lot go easy on the world cup talk
i'm sure we were just going easy
bit harsh though
glad i wasn't one of those that stayed up all night for that disappointment
and thanks again guys
so happy, have been only on the exercise bike lately, and truly, it is slack compared to getting out and pounding the pavement, easy to get stuck being inside.
but this morning - cycling for an hour, then half an hour of riding. and by george, i've still got it yay!!

oh and little natty i've pm'd you. luv to chew the fat.

OKAY, seriously...I can't stop looking at these pictures!! You look so great, and since I'm at a similar height, I can't help but hope that I'll look as good as you soon!

I know this thread is not new, but seriously, great work, love.
