Woaah you look amazing!
I love your hair too :D
Whats your crunches routine like?

well morning and night basically i was doing a biggest loser DVD workout - either with the US jillian and bob, or our ozzies shannan and michelle. when they did there warm down i do basically 15 minutes of straight crunches and leg lifts. basically 100 crunches, then 100 leg lifts (laying with knees up, legs parallel to ground, pull ur abs in and touch foot to floor then lift back - alternating legs). when i first started doing cruches a month ago, i couldn't even manage the ab king pro, now i could do it for hours. but i find if i overwork it in the morning and decide to go for a jog at night, i have to work a bit harder to fight off a stitch.

at the moment, i can't jog as i've hurt something in my right hand outer thigh. i don't know if its that i've pulled something, because i can tense it or flex it in a sitting position and feel nothing. but if i'm wearing heels and need to walk its agony!!

but thats ok, i just got a boot camp biggest loser and by god. it had me yelling in pain it was so hard!!

waiting on jillian michaels 30 day shred to come, i also got ummmmm the 3 box dvd of hers as well, one is a cardio, one is front workout and one the rear. i just use the cardio one - its a 20 minute workout they say to do once a week in between weight training, but whilst i'm off walking i'm going for it twice a day - its good for endurance i find.

i hope i'm allowed to name DVDs, that its not considered advertising...oopsies, sorry if it is.

but yes half an hour of ab working out a day - plus wat is included in the dvds.

i love no burn more than the burn you get in your core!!

Wow! Incredible...

I was looking at your 147lbs pic, which is what I was at last Monday, I am taller than you and I don't think I look nearly as thin. You must have built some serious muscles with your workouts!

You look so much younger and happier now ^^.
Your tummy looks great too, doesn't look loose at all.
I really should start up a core routine lol, Abs are the only thing I slack on doing specifically.

What are your goals now just to tone up?

this is so inspirational!! you look amazing! cant wait til i lose my weight and get to my goals this is serious motivation for me thanks so much!

i'm 167cm, so approx 5 foot 5 and a half??
at the moment i'm all just for getting fit, only in the last fortnight have i been able to jog/run for an hour straight, i aim to do that twice a day on weekdays and once a day saturday and sunday.
i'm alternating night times for the gym though, use the steppers and bike instead, this pulled muscle in my thigh is not going away no matter how much i stretch!! i'm ok when i'm running, but it makes day to day living very difficult.

no matter how much i think i'm getting fitter though, i always find something that knocks me for six, so at the moment i'm concentrating on jogging for an hour and at the end finding some killer hills to run up just to get that heart rate really up.

i've been at 63kgs for about 6 wks now, finally this morning just went under 63kgs - i've hardly been weighing myself if at all though, have sort of lost interest in that.

thanks for the comments guys.

oh and i've switched my lean cuisine dinners instead to egg whites scrambled with tomato, onion, lettuce, carrot and capsicum.

so far its going good - i need to get some meat in my diet though i think.

yeh, as i'm getting more into running, i'm tending to almost forget my abs routine tsk tsk!! i went this morning for an hour then realised i needed to just do 50 minutes, and get home and do my abs, because at the gym i always run out of time at night and just want to use the equipment.

so i try to always always always remember my abs to warm down.

i can see the beginning of a six pack justtttttttttttttttt

and its so amazing to eat til i'm full but not have a huge belly like i used to when i was bigger??

good stuff.

Oh, wow!! You look awesome. Congratulations, I just joined this website today and cannot wait till I have a similar story. I am a male 28 y/o, 6 feet tall and currently weigh 312.5 lbs. My goal is to be 215 lbs so I got 101 lbs to loose. I peaked a moth ago at 365 lbs, and that's when I knew I had to change my eating and exercise habits. I have lost 50 lbs in a month and a half. Thank you for posting, you are a true inspiration!!
