Mandy's weight loss diary

Its 11am in Montreal, I had a pretty good sleep. Tonight i will be going to the gym thats 4sure, i'm going to do an hour of cardio, probably eliptical for 30mins and jog for 30mins and do 15mins of weights.

Right now i have colored paper clips in my hair that the boss put in my hair while i was on the phone...isnt that mature. Well they are staying in untill i take a shower cuz i dont wanna redo my hair and i know by taking them out it will mess everything up.

Today's meal plan:

whole wheat cereal + 6 strawberries + 1/2 banana = 250
Subway Sub 6inch turkey, cheese, honey mustard, sweet onion, letuce, lots of onions, tomatos, pikels, hot peppers = i would say about 350 if anyone thinks its more please let me know.
Yogurt = 50
 
Subay has their nutritional information posted here, the six in turkey breast sandwich was a good choice at 280 calories (plus cheese and dressing). Sounds like quite a workout you've got planned - keep it up! :D

So i made my calculations for my lunch more then i thought :eek:

Subway Sub 6inch turkey, cheese, honey mustard, sweet onion, letuce, lots of onions, tomatos, pikels, hot peppers = 420

I also had such a sweet tooth that i had one chocolate cookie = 220

Well i have to stay in my daily intake wich i have 310 calories left.
I will probably have a lean cuisin veggies and chicken = 220cals i believe
90 cals left for desert. YUMMMM!!!
Probable yogurt or strawberries or grapes...

Even if i did have a cookie i shouldnt regret it, it was yummy and as long as i stay in my daily calorie intake its ok.
 
I'm glad to hear you're back on track with the eating! It feels good, doesn't it?! My last two days are great compared to Friday, and it makes me feel good to know I'm doing it. :)

I hope you can get some exercise in today, even if it's just a walk. Some fresh air might help!

Well its 3h54 i'm still at work finishing around 5 - 5h30

i had some cashues, i'm not going to have anymore, i gotta cut it out. i know its good fat but its too high in calories.

I went to the bank today and parked far so i can fit some exercise in my day.

Still playing on going to the gym tonight, gonna have diner relax then hit the gym come home shower and sleep!
 
Its 7h19 now, got hom from work around 6h15 had diner wich was a lean cuisine it was about 175 + i added some chicken wich probably made it 300
Already a bit over...and then for some reason i had a piece of french bread with butter and nutella and then a bowl of cereal seriously i cant control myself. :( And then decided to take a shower and then decided to ....
I feel soo discusted with myself seriously, why am i having so much trouble this is just my second day. I think it would really help if i move out from my parents place but...i would like to pay off my debt before i do so. I can at least look into it...i guess...Sorry i sound like a friggen baby...
 
Don't stress yourself out about it, we've all been there. WE UNDERSTAND! Beating yourself up about bad food choices will only make you more down, which will lead to even more bad food choices! Go out for a walk tonight! Get some fresh air, put a smile on your face:)
 
Don't put yourself down... it's okay to bellyache and moan. it's YOUR journal!! And don't feel so bad about your food choices.. it's a learning process.
 
The first few weeks of a diet are the worst. you have to deal with all the itty bittly portions your not use to. Then nothing your trying to make a little better for you just doesn't taste right. It's a hard process and then all of a sudden it will get easier. well you get more use to it anyhow lol.......
 
Thanks everyone for the motivation...i went to the gym tonight and burned 600cals by doing some cardio...at least that probably helped out
 
Wednesday awww the work week is heading soon to an end. Friday I'm leaving around 3h30 to go out with a friend of mine for happy hour...i will need to watch my calorie intake, but I think i'm going to make Friday my day off but still watch totally what i'm going to eat considering alcohol is so high in calories.

Even though i dread going to the gym, i feel so glad to go at the end of the workout. I guess i'll be heading there tonight. Tomorrow i need to head to the mall and buy some pants for friday night cuz i dont have any that fit. Hate spending the money, but i dont really have a choice. Anyways at least this way i will be able to see them get loose on me...YAY...lol

This morning i had:

Mini whole grain weats (no sugar at all in that cereal) + straberries + 1/2 banana + a littel bit more then 1/2cup of skim milk = 300cals

I heard that that soy milk is better for you then regular milk, is this true?
Apparently it makes you less bloted or something like that.

I'm going to do the groceries tonight, i was just wondering about soy milk instead of regular milk is there any difference? What are the benefits?

Also does anyone any recomendations what i can buy or any yummy receipes low in fat and cals?
 
So i just came back from my groceries not to long ago, hopefully i made the right choices. I did buy myself some ice cream low fat, low sugar

Tomorrow night right after work i'm planing to go to the mall so i will need to get my butt to the gym tomorrow morning. I'm going to need to plan out my meals for tomorrow breakfast all the way to diner, cuz i will be having them all at work.

I'm thinking:

WOW its almost 7am and i'm up ready to go workout. I never knew there was a 7am...lol...So as i was waiting for Pogo (my dog) to finish eating i grabed a handfull of cereal and a tpbs of peanut butter and ate that before the gym...i would sayd i should add another 100 cals to my daily intake today.

Thursday meal plan:
Handfull of ceral and tpbs of peanut butter = 100
Breakfast: Vector cereal + canberries + 1/2 banana + skim milk= 350
Lunch: Lean cusine (rice, chicken and veggies = 280
2 neuton cookies = 80
cup of strawberries = 80
Diner: Salade + spicy can tuna = 250
Chocolate Mouse = 80
Total: 1220

Well i'm off to the gym hope my legs can take it.:p
