SO now its

Brown bread turkey sub - 320
1 fruit cup – 80
1 can of tuna + dressing – 170
2 cups of mixed veggies – 100
low fat yogurt - 50
2 cups of grapes – 124
Smoothie - 160

Now its 1004 cals, i know its still low but like M2M said its good to have some extra cals available just incase.
 
Thursday 3rd day

I'm feeling really good since i've started, i dont feel as depressed wich is great. I went to the gym yesturday and worked my ass off...lol...i had to eat a little something before bed so i had some grapes and an apple. Bad idea to have the apple, i got such a bad allergic reaction to it, my mouth got all itchy and my throat really hurted. I had to make my self a piece of toast and it really helped me out, i was just a little mad for having to have a piece of toast at that time of the night, so high in carbs. Well now i know to say away from apples. Plan for the day.

Mini whole weat cereal + skin milk + half a banana - 250
lunch: Chicken + rice + veggies - 280 or cesar salade with chicken - 400
Desert: Jello - 5
Snack: yogurt - 50

Diner i still dont know what i'm gonna have maybe an omelet with veggies

Good job going to the gym.

A piece of toast isn't bad. Read the cals, it's got fiber and protein and vitamins and minerals. And if it doesn't, try another bread (like Whitewheat).
 
I decided to have a cesar salad with chicken i'm pretty sure it was over 400
i hope max it was 600

So i guess i have to have a diner under 295
Plus a hard core workout for an hour I think i'm gonna take up this 15min abs class at the gym, hopefully i wont die. + i'll do an hour of cardio
 
So i had my diner, i'm stuck at work so i eat what i had.
For diner i had:
1egg -70
cup of veggies - 50
2 tbps of dressing - 10
Bagel - 200
tbps of cream cheese - 45
mini muffin - 200

Total of 575 cals (damn that isnt so good)
But i had to eat all that cuz or else by the time i get home it will be late and on top of it i dont wanna go to the gym starving.

total cals of the day: 1475 (didnt have the jello)
I'm trying to keep my daily intake at 1200, i went over 275, thats not very good.

By me going to the gym tonight will make things better? I know i will burn
600cals. Does that make my day ok and i shouldnt be disapointed in myself or should i?

I feel depressed about this...
 
awww don't feel depressed. You had a good day, those are good numbers with plenty of veg. Are you drinking your water?
 
Friday is finally here!

Yesterday I only had time for 45mins of cardio, I burned 450cals.
I need to figure out what I can do after the gym because I get so hungry and then have problems going to sleep. Any suggestions?

This morning I had 2 poached eggs + toast = 290cals
For lunch we are having a bbq, hopefully I will control myself, I’m pretty sure I’ll will.

Since Sunday I haven’t feeling that good, I don’t know what’s going on with my body, I’m kinda afraid. I’m having pains like I was on my period, like a weakness. I’m not on my period and also I had a bit of pink when I wiped my self after using the washroom.
I made an appointment with my doc but it’s only on December 6. I’m on the pill and sometimes skip my period with it, this time I skipped 2 months, do you think this could be the cause? Any ideas what I can do?

Kinda Freaking out...
 
Fitday.com and Sparkpeople.com have some really great calories counters/meal planners. I think you'll find that you should be eating a bit more that you think. And make sure you remember that water! ;)

As for the lady troubles, you might call the Dr.'s office and ask if the appointment could be moved up if someone cancels. Tell them what problems you're having. Could be as simple as needing a different BC pill. Good Luck!
 
My day is going alright!
I have a date tonight...yay
lol...i'm kinda tired i feel like sleeping...i guess we will see what happens

so far today:

Hummus
Garlic sauce
pita bread
potatoes
salad
Total of : about 800cals

Cals left for the day: 450cals
 
Well i got really hungry at 3 and decided to have more of the lunch i had
salad + potatoes = 200
chocolate = 400 (bad decition)
So stressed today...not a good excuss i know.

so the total of calories of the day: 1400
i cant have more then that and i'm not in the mood for working out right now
Maybe max i'll have veggies or a fruit with nothing on it.

Sunday's Diary

Sunday is finally here, work tomorrow. I HATE mondays, it doesnt even feel like i got any rest this weekend.
What i dont like the about the weekends that i find my self eating more then i should, even eating late at night and not being motivated to go to the gym. Yesturday afternoon i didn 30mins of pilates.

Any ideas how i can stay motivated and not eat so much during the weekend? I need to keep myself on track.
 
Do you do anything on the weekends? Hobbies, hanging out with friends, etc.
I try to make plans to get me out of the house a little; try to keep busy. And I carry a water bottle around with me ALWAYS...I find it helps with the mindless snacking.
 
Friday i wasnt in the mood to do anything. I dont know what to do sometimes i just get in a slomp and feel so bla...i do need to occupie myself even if i dont feel like it.
Saturday i went out for diner, i had a salad wich was very yummy...lol...its just that when i get home late i'm hungry and tend to eat. i should just head straight to my room and sleep.
 
Dont deprive yourself of carbs either. Foods that are nutrient dense are good value - regardless of their 'carb status'. Then there are carbs and carbs - check out 'glycemic index'. Remember - carbs are the preferred fuel for energy, and without energy, you cant do nowt!
