Friday is finally here!
Yesterday I only had time for 45mins of cardio, I burned 450cals.
I need to figure out what I can do after the gym because I get so hungry and then have problems going to sleep. Any suggestions?
This morning I had 2 poached eggs + toast = 290cals
For lunch we are having a bbq, hopefully I will control myself, I’m pretty sure I’ll will.
Since Sunday I haven’t feeling that good, I don’t know what’s going on with my body, I’m kinda afraid. I’m having pains like I was on my period, like a weakness. I’m not on my period and also I had a bit of pink when I wiped my self after using the washroom.
I made an appointment with my doc but it’s only on December 6. I’m on the pill and sometimes skip my period with it, this time I skipped 2 months, do you think this could be the cause? Any ideas what I can do?
Kinda Freaking out...
