Well, stress, stress, and more stress!
When I get upset/stressed I turn to food, and I get depressed and sleep a lot. So my plan of attack is going to be exactly what I did before. Motivate myself every day, eat right, work out every day, and check of each successful day on a calendar! I'm so grateful I have less than 20 pounds to lose this time around, I know that I've lost over 60 pounds before, so 18 pounds should be a piece of cake! Thanks for your support girl! My goal deadline is January 1st!
