Hi mad2lose, looks like you are going well, great stuff!
You have a similar amount of weight to lose as me, I have to shed 72lbs, hopefully by next autumn. Have you ever felt 70lbs? I loaded up 72lbs on my barbell and lifted it. All I can say is no wonder I have backache. It's terrible putting all that strain on one's poor back and joints.
Anyway, keep it up! You inspire others to keep going too.

Hey Dave, had a look at your Diary, your doing great. Your seriously tall compared to me. My BMI is 34. I'm only 5ft 2", but yep we have the same amount to lose alright. I'll keep an eye on your diary to see how your doing. Sure I suppose we can have a bit of a laff on our weight loss journey if nothing else hee hee. Have a great weekend, and be good
