Hi mad2lose!
Hope your going well, I actually am at a quite similar place to you, I am 203 trying to lose 60 - 70lbs (though my goal at the moment is 60!) It'll be good to have someone else losing about the same amount as me, and at the same time as me (well your a bit lighter t the moment!)
Anyhoo, hope the horse riding was fun and goood luck!

Sounds to me like you are doing great. Good luck on Friday![]()
Have to wait and see.Try not to stress over what the scales tell you. It is far more important how your clothes feel on you than numbers on the scales. Don't be dissapointed if you haven't lost as many lbs as you expected as you obviously have gone down in measurements if your clothes feel loose.Tomorrow is D day for me agrrrrr weigh in day. Am looking forward to it, just to see what I have lost, but am really nervous in case I haven't lost as much as I want (5lbs).
Am feeling kinda positive today. My clothes are starting to get quite lose, so I am hoping thats an indication that I have actually lost a few pounds. I hope so anyway.Have to wait and see.
Ah! Another horse rider!I give you kudos on your great job so far. As to jumping, I learned, but as I have a phobia of falling, I never really went past 1 footers...
I do a lot of western riding.
With how you're doing so far, I think you'll be at your goal in no time!

Hai great job with your losses so far! I have hidden my own scales otherwise I know I'll be to excited and check them every hour. And you horse ride! Awesome, unfortunately I can't afford it anymore but even if I could I'm over the reccomended weight - any incentive to put down on my long list TYVM. Living in London atm sucks >< Hehe good luck with your weigh-ins!
When you get to the recommended weight, you should try the horse riding, its so much fun and very good exercise. I know it is a bit expensive, but even if you could treat yourself once a month, when you maybe lose a couple of pounds, use it as your treat to yourself. Have you got a diary? God I better get back to work. Haven't done a tap since I got here
Thanks a million again for the good wishes & the best of luck on your own journey
