Xe- so glad to see you around again

I hope everything is going well with you and school. Unfortunately it's only supermarket baking that I'm doing, not really exciting at all... actually all it is is pulling frozen rolls/pastries/cookies out of a box and putting them in the oven on trays lol. Actually it's pretty bad while trying to lose weight, it's too easy to eat things along the way!
Lisa- I'm hoping I haven't gained but I feel really squishy and unfit right now... so I think regardless of what the scales say I'm feeling pretty blah about myself. I know I'll be fine once I start exercising again.
Sunflower- nice to see you too! I'll try my hardest not to disappear again, I always was pretty bad at keeping diaries.
And to all of you- thanks for your kind words about Wade. As soon as he told me I went to a pretty bad place for a day or two... then we decided to get together and I told him I wouldn't be sad about this, and that I'd be all the positive energy he needed. I told him that anything could happen in 5 years, and no matter what we both had to stay positive and do everything he ever wanted to in the meantime... So we're planning on having a really awesome few years! Starting with us planning a trip for Paris late Jan or early Feb next year. He's been wanting to go back for a few years and he really wants to teach me how to ski... so I'm super excited!
Ooh and cafe names... Wade applied for 4 to see what comes back approved, I'm not sure what other names he applied for but the one he is hoping for is the Lucky Waddle Cafe (hehe, Lucy and Wade). Will definitely be keeping people updated as it happens!!
Hm so today I wasn't insanely good, think it was probably just a maintenance day... Here's what I ate, I won't put it in meals though cuz I worked this morning and usually that means what I would typically have for lunch I eat at about 10am... so this is my food for the day:
3 Weetbix, 1/2 cup skim milk
3 oat and raisin cookies (at work, gaaaah they are my only downfall there... at least I only bake cookies like once a month!)
Spiced bean loaf, 1 slice (it's pretty much all bean and veg with some wheat germ)
Small Greek salad
4 vita weat crackers, about 60g low fat cottage cheese
Too many choc balls (I made 1 batch and ate about half and gave the rest to my friend that was here for the day, so it comes in at about 60g raw cashews, 100g pitted dates, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, and 10g desiccated coconut)
Also had several cups of coffee... 3 I think... And heaps of water. Weird, it wasn't that hot today (well, it was 33C but it feels really cool lol) I've gone through 3L of water and still drinking.
Didn't really do much in the way of exercise today, but worked on my feet for 3hrs, then grocery shopped for an hour, then spent over an hour making the spiced bean loaf... cuz it's made with all fresh veg I bought a heap and quadrupled the recipe... I tell you what, it's freakin hard work grating bulk veg and chopping endless amounts of celery and onion! Did a bit of cleaning too, then spent the rest of the day watching TV with a friend. TOM is coming in a few days so I think I was feeling particularly lazy and out of it. Really couldn't be bothered doing anything at all!
Anyhoo... the plan is to be as healthy as possible this week till I get my scales and can weigh in, hopefully without having a heart attack! Will post measurements etc then too, and if I'm feeling brave I might even take a photo.
