Good morning to all!!!!!! Just stepped on the scales at 69kg... was feeling pretty ok with that, just coming out of Christmas and New Years. SO. Today is going to be the official start of my first mini goal.
As you can see by my ticker, my long term goal is 60kg. My first short term goal will be 66.5kg (or less, the calories I'm eating and will continue to do I should be losing around 800g a week- which means I'd get to 65kg... but bodies don't always listen to numbers lol) by the time classes start again Feb 7- so 5 weeks.
Here are all my stats:
Weight- 69kg ~ 152.1lbs
Measurements
Bust (around fullest part)- 97cm ~ 38.2inches
Waist (around smallest part)- 77 ~ 30.3inches
Hips (around fullest part of bum)- 97cm ~ 38.2inches
Thighs (around fullest part, right under butt cheek)- 61cms ~ 24inches
Arms (midway between shoulder and elbow)- 30cms ~ 11.8inches
Plan is I'm going to keep exercising as I have been (cardio every day, gym every second day) and eat to an 850calorie deficit which I've already been doing. Already drinking over 3L of water a day with the heat and don't really eat takeaway or anything... actually generally eat pretty healthy. Don't really have any other food goals

Breakfast: 2 soft rye wraps with nutmeat, cream cheese, tomato, spinach
Snack: Wholemeal date honey and carrot cake, tinned pineapple
Lunch: Wholemeal sandwich with cheese, carrot, tomato, spinach
Snack: 2 rows wholegrain rice crackers, homemade raspberry popsicle
Dinner: Brown rice sushi with 2 eggs, 1/2 tbsp mayo, red capsicum, spinach
Total cals 2148= 856cal deficit
Exercise
1hr walk, gym
Doing a lot of small things today, have to go and do some shopping and clean up a bit... going to be baking and making sushi again today too. Didn't do any dishes or anything yesterday (ick) as it ended up getting up to 40 degrees yesterday and was WAAAY too hot to have to put my hands in hot water lol. Seriously, we have no air con, just ceiling fans... so pretty much as soon as the sun comes out we shut up the whole house, pull all the blinds (yea, it's dark in here all day) and it only makes the house a couple degrees cooller than outside. Boo!! Had the worst sleep ever last night, it was sooo hot. I got out of bed at 6am cuz I couldn't take it anymore and the weather thing on my computer said it was already 26 degrees
Anyhoo... I'm off to exercise now!!!
