Glad you got some sleep and feel so fantastic. And isn't it crazy how mentally good it feels sometimes to have that little muscle soreness. I know on a logical level that being sore does not automatically equal being effective...but it still gives me this little feeling of satisfaction.
 
Good Morning Gorgeous! I'm happy to read you got some much needed rest!! sleeping is EXTREMELY important to our bodies and minds, I never function well if I don't get at least 6 hours of sleep a night. Your keeping up with your classes and eating so good, I'm so PROUD!!! :) And look at you almost 20 lbs down, DANG!!! I laughed when I read that you at brussel sprouts, I thought I was the only one who liked those little cabbages. HAHAHAHA I could eat those all the time!! mmmmm, I really need to try those Turkey Burgers I see a lot of people eating them, but I have yet to try them myself, I'm sure they are good or I wouldn't see them on so many menu's. Well, I'm getting the blues, it's rained every darn day here since the first if June, Okay maybe not EVERY day, but every other day for sure!! It's the strangest June we have had in years!! I have to have my sunshine, can someone send a little my way. AAHHHHH We still don't have the pool ready, it hasn't dried out enough to place and start the pump, it's like a swamp out there all around the pool and the deck, YUK!! well, I guess I can't complain everything is still green so that's good! Well, I've totally missed ya, and I'm happy to read your doing better now and feeling refreshed. Hope you got some groceries!! ~BIG HUGS~

Miss Ladybug Hello beautiful :) It’s so nice to see you again! You know I was surprised at how grossed out I was at the turkey burger. It made me wish I had one of those George Foreman grills because it was not looking good to me at all. It tasted fine but I really dislike cooking them, and they’re delicate too…I’ll eat them because I bought a massive box of frozen turkey burgers but I probably won’t buy them again. You must get that pool ready! It’s almost July and it would be such a nice luxury to have your own pool…especially with Oklahoma weather!

Pinky Dolly Thanks :) I certainly did stock up! 10 ears of corn for ONE dollar! haha I looked a little crazy buying practically 50 pounds of corn.

I have Pilates/spinning in one hour but I don't feel like contorting today so I'm not sure how well I'll perform in Pilates. Have a lovely day everyone! :)

You're just riding a "wave" of wonderfulness lately...I think it's the fiber...eat your fiber and good karma is bound to result:) ...that's my theory and I'm sticking to it!

I'm going to the gym in a few hours and I AM beginning my lifting regimen. I'm not quite sure what it is yet, but I WILL POST MY SCHEDULE when I figure it out.

If you want to do an exercise that will allow you to feel it, lunges are the way to go.

So I am devising my lifting regimen right now! I'm excited about it now. I'm actually hungry but I have met my cals for today so NO MORE, but I will continue to guzzle water. Have a nice night everyone ;)
